   Not been here for about 3 years. It was nice. Staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good. Drinks reasonable. It was busy. Nice Christmas atmosphere.

   Went for dinner, Family of five and used 40% voucher. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly, and the crown was clean. I believe manager came over without prompt and gave my kids crayons and colouring pads. Will definitely be visiting again!

   This has become our go to place when we want to eat out for a treat, Birthdays, or special occasions. Never ever had a bad meal in here, it's always been cooked to perfection, they can get a Steak bang on to how you want it and listen if you want items added or removed, it's never been wrong for us. Tonight was no exception. Staff are always polite, friendly and very attentive, the manager as always was running round at 100mph making sure everything was right and helping the other staff, which is a sign of a well run place. I've read reviews about staff being rude here and none of us have ever experienced this EVER, always been funny and polite, so if people think they are rude I guess it is because they are just reacting to how they have been spoken too. If you don't want rude then don't be rude, it's really quite simple. The place is clean, tidy, and welcoming. Thank you for another great night night and great food.

   Nice looking seating area when you arrive, but I'm only giving 3 stars as the food was average. The double burger I had with pulled pork was sickly but burger patties were lovely. Onion rings on the side were cold, maybe a touch on the too cold side. The wife had a side portion of rings and they were cold too. Maybe left they had been left while our food was cooking. You may ask why we didn't complain at the time but we never got asked by any of the staff if the food was ok half way through which I thought was standard practice anywhere nowadays and i would complain but i do these reviews as some people dont like to walk to the bar and tell you there issues. 3 stars for food and service but nice pub overall. Had a booth table also which was uneven so the plates kept rocking while eating. Oh and Don't forget to put your reg in the computer to park or you maybe fined. On this occasion I'm not going to recommend friends or family to eat here

   Nice food at a fair price. Portion sizes a little small so had to order two sides to accompany the main meal. Staff very friendly and efficient. I would recommend if you are in the area.

   I love coming here, all the staff are friendly, service is quick and efficient and the food is always top notch. Never had a bad meal here. Jordan and Danni on the bar always welcome me like an old friend. Geoff (manager) treats me like family. The chefs (when they come out the kitchen) are always friendly and check how the food was.

   Have not been in here for many a long year so when one of my friends suggested we go I thought okay. I had the Surf & Turf with peppercorn sauce. Sorry but meal was not the best steak done perfectly but tough it was swimming in greasy onions bits of scampi and the so called peppercorn sauce was disgusting sorry can't recommend and won't be back

   Went New Year’s Day for the first time, food was great, fast and serve great. The only thing that spoilt our family meal was an old lady sat in the armchair by the toilets that accused my daughter of staring at her, she was very rude . The barmaid said she was a regular. This made me wonder if she might be the reason the pub was empty, because the food, serve and price was excellent.

   Lovely place, good atmosphere. My only issue is there's a girl with blue hair that works there, she had a bad unwelcoming attitude and unfortunately her personal hygiene isn't up to standard for someone in her line of work. Perhaps managers can provide deodorants for their staff to mask the bad body oder if the staff don't have their own.
