The rudeness and the non-customer service of the guy that owns this store is nothing short of incredible. I don’t know exactly what his name is but he’s had it for years I think it might be Shaun and he’s just shocking. I will never go to the subway ever again, and I’ll make sure to go to other franchises around the area.
Terrible machines installed, they’ve installed self order machines that are the slowest things ever and glitch like there’s no tomorrow. Took our money and never printed the receipt, was told by staff we would have to pay again and come back if our bank fulfills both charges for a refund which no doubt will take ages to be recieved. Won’t be going there again so much hassle for a sandwich
Disappointed to go in-store and see that you now have to order via a very slow machine. There is now a wall hiding the foods so you can no longer see the salads, meats and cheese before choosing what you would like on your subway. The service has totally gone out the window and personalisation is no longer at the customers priority. Once you have wasted five minutes faffing with a machine you now have to wait for the food to be made. Now taking twice as long as before. I won't be visiting this branch again.
Been going to this subway for years, staff are always so kind and food is always good never lets me down 100% recommend!! Thankyou
Visited store today to use a subway voucher, I was told I couldn't use a voucher on the expensive subs because of stock shortages. However if I was to pay full price they have enough stock. Doesn't seem fair to penalise someone because they are using a voucher.
I'd like to say how friendly and helpful the staff and especially John the manager is. I take my elderly dad and he goes above and beyond for him. He knows exactly what dad has and always looks after him. Highly recommend if in the area. Thanks. Andy.
Brought 2 nachos with my 2 friends being told we can not sit in unless we spend over £10 and buy 3 items off them horbale manager spoke to us like we was trash will never use again avoid
