Placed a large takeaway order c£70…. Got home and it was wrong. One of the more expensive box meals missing and a standard meal with a tiny burger in its place. Couldn’t be bothered to drive all the way back. Check your orders before giving them to customers. Poor

regarding my recent visit to this site, as the overall experience was extremely disappointing. There were only three orders ahead of mine, and the restaurant was not busy at the time. Despite this, it still took almost 15 minutes for my order to be prepared. When the food was finally ready, it was placed on the counter where other customers were leaning over it, which I found unhygienic and inappropriate. The order itself was also incorrect. We ordered the Butter Garlic sauces but were given two Supercharger sauces instead. When this was raised with the dine-in staff, they were noticeably rude. Although they exchanged the sauces, they only provided one Butter Garlic dip rather than the correct quantity. Upon checking the food further, we discovered additional errors: we received two drumsticks instead of one drumstick and mini fillets. When I returned to the counter, the staff member serving was rude and unhelpful, insisting I show my receipt even though the order was clearly displayed on their screen. Even after checking, he only provided one mini fillet when the order clearly showed two. This experience fell significantly below the standards I expect, both in terms of customer service and order accuracy. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed and addressed accordingly.

Would give zero just had a delivery and had to try and convince the guy I was missing items and the only solution was to go down to the restaurant which means the rest of our food would be cold to get missing items. I wouldn't have ordered it to be delivered if I had time to go down to their. Said that staff had checked it off then tried to say they had no control over the drivers. So if it was checked what have the drivers got to do with it. Shambles of a restaurant and it was cold. Waste of 43 pound

I ordered a 6-piece chicken meal, only to find that four of the six pieces were drumsticks. This has become a recurring issue at this particular location, and I am extremely disappointed that it continues to happen despite a previous complaint I have already submitted about the same matter. I do not understand how this branch continues to serve such an unbalanced portion. Given the prices being charged, I expect better quality and value for money. It feels unfair and misleading to pay for a variety of chicken pieces and receive a meal dominated by the smallest and least meaty cuts. I've also seen this complaint for other people that have used this branch. I would appreciate it if this issue could be investigated seriously and addressed appropriately to ensure it does not continue for me or other customers in the future.

Very Disappointing Experience I had a terrible experience with my recent order. The food arrived cold, the burger was very small, and the cheese wasn’t even melted properly — you can clearly see it wasn’t cooked right. I had ordered 3x hot wings (which should be 6 pieces), but only received 4 pieces (2x), as shown in the picture. The service was extremely poor and the taste was equally disappointing. Unfortunately, I had to throw everything away. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Had an Uber eats delivery from kfc Walsall wood yesterday, several things missing from my order, have been calling for 2 days now and left message for “Ross” on answer machine but no response. Poor customer service and on top of this the food I had was slapped together not to mention the pathetic amount of chips I had!!

Parked up waited 15 minutes for our food. Only to get home and been given a plain fillet burger even though I paid the £9 to get a tower burger box meal and my bf got a zinger when he asked for a fillet. Really really disappointed, we have a bit of a drive to get to this kfc so couldn't not return to send it back or have it changed. Paid £22 for this meal and highly wished we'd gone elsewhere. Highly advise to go to any other kfc and check your meal before you drive off

I usually go to Tamworth KFC where the service is excellent. This place is something else. Having had poor experience on several occasions a while back, I thought things may have improved. Sadly not. Must be one of the worst KFC franchises in the Midlands. PS to add insult to injury, they only had a single breast portion of chicken at 7.0 pm on a Friday.

Meant to be fast food. Waiting 20 minutes currently for some bloody hot wings in the car park. Looking inside the restaurant there are 3 workers talking in a circle with cleaning products in one hand and their phones in the other. Get your staff together.
