   For plaza restaurant on second floor of QEHB, I’ve been a hospital patient for 5 weeks and have allergies so the only breakfast I could get was from here and ate breakfast here everyday and often lunch too. Washing the dirt off the mushrooms won’t kill you… Cooking the vegan sausages on all sides won’t burn you…. This is disgraceful and tragic. You can’t be serving food not properly cooked or cleaned in a hospital. I’ve been busy trying not to die so didn’t have time to report it before but this is getting stressful. Why am I cleaning other pieces of my food and picking off dirty mushrooms and throwing them away. You clean and wash them somedays and other days they look like they came straight out the soil. Moving them under a tap that releases water can help wash off the dirt, try it! So tragic.
