   Placed order at 6pm its currenly 19:45 still no sign of the delivery arrived at 8pm Called the takeaway they advised driver left half hour ago was not botherd the fact we have waited 2 hours for the food which was stone cold avoid delivery & the taste is never the same as any other branch hence why they lure you in with dicounts wont be useing there services again -1 start from me!!!! Delivery driver turned up at 8pm parked in someone elses drive and called us to come outside & collect from his car as he could not be botherd getting out his car!!

   One of the better Peppers franchises and I believe the original. Food is high quality, freshly prepared and the service is great. However I think the Lozells branch is better so they need to improve to keep up with that branch.

1. First Bite ★★☆☆☆

   First time visit Asked for a fresh hash fillet burger meal to eat in Came out pretty quick ( so guess it wasn’t fresh at all ) The chicken breast in the burger was warmish and the bun was falling apart. And the napkins that were given had a white powder falling from them. Was told it was a “tissue problem “ lol And an establishment this size , no customer toilets. Overall not a good first time experience Wouldn’t visit again

   Peri peri chicken was very tasty. A very generous portion of rice was given as side. Chicken & rice was nice but chicken pieces smaller than their Lozells branch. Cheese on loaded chicken fries had unpleasant taste. I don't know what kind of cheese they used but it was disgusting. Masala fish was overcooked and chewy and the salad was stale. Surprising since we've never had an issue before.

   Ate here many times. Nice clean place with friendly staff. On this occasion got afew different burgers. Chicken fillet, Mexicana and Mega mix burger. Banging as usual. Only let down is the fries.

   My experience for today quality is down from past. No toilets, so think before taking kids. I had to go to chaiiwala for toilet while dining in peppers city take out.

   Not the first time I have visited but won't be visiting again, hygiene levels don't appear to be great. I went for the beef king which is stated as 100% beef but it resembled a cheap frozen patty cooked badly. The fried chicken on the other hand isn't all that bad.

   I ordered the Peri Peri Chicken burger meal from the Lozells Road branch. FRIES - very, very cheap quality - I would rate it as 3/10. BURGER - soft bun, good amount of sauce put in the burger, and the chicken was soft and tasty. The chicken itself was too amazing quality, but the masala and sauces covered that up - I would rate it as 6/10. DRINK - I had the Tango Orange, and that was not an import, but I'm not sure about the other drinks. There is a massive difference between the GB drinks and the imported ones. CONCLUSION - Overall the price is a bit high for the quality given. I would have the burger again but never their fries.
