   Really disappointed with my visit to the Burger King at the Alvechurch (M42) services. I ordered the Big King Double Royal, which was clearly advertised on the kiosk as a large burger with two chicken patties. What I received was a tiny burger with only one patty, nothing like the picture. For the price, the value was terrible. I could genuinely get two full meals at McDonald’s for what I paid here. Won’t be returning.

   After a 20 minute wait for my 'fast food' I got a flat, warm drink which was gross so I asked them to replace it and that too was flat and warm. So warm that it was warmer than the chips. Disgusting food but the service by the young lady serving was first class. Very polite while under pressure and apologetic for issues beyond her control. I wont be returning in a hurry though and will use the other food outlets next time at Hopwood park services.

   Ordered from Burger King Hopwood via Just Eat and really wish I hadn’t. First off, several items were missing from my order, with no explanation or attempt to rectify it. What did arrive was just as bad – the food quality was shocking. The fries came half-covered in congealed orange cheese with bits of bacon thrown on top haphazardly. It looked like it had been dumped in the box with zero care. Lukewarm at best and soggy, not even remotely close to what you’d expect from a big-name fast food chain. For the price and the wait, I expected much better. Will definitely be avoiding this location in future. Save your money and eat elsewhere

   The tables were dirty but they had many self services and so was fast to order and get food. The food was good and there was nothing wrong with it. Its very loud in there.

   Had a vegan plant with fake bacon. To be honest it had a great flavor. The staff were pleasant and happy to answer any questions about their products. 2 guys on the front were accommodating. The tables are clean and we had a good break here.

   Having enjoyed a Steakhouse Crispy Chicken at another BK in Leeds, I was really looking forward to trying one again and The onion rings, Fries and milkshake were on point. Sadly the Steakhouse Crispy Chicken was MINGING. I don't think I've ever eaten anything so unworthy of coming out of a BK kitchen. Busy with plenty of orders, so it took time for the order to be ready. Wouldn't eat here again by choice, as burger was rubbish and a complete rip off.

   Ordered Bacon XL meal then waited 5 minutes for a cold burger and cold fries. Come on Burger King, it’s not rocket science it’s a standard burger, didn’t ask for anything out of the ordinary that would have meant it was sitting around, it was 6.30 in the evening so there were plenty of staff working - the UK really cannot do fast food well. Worst BK experience - avoid.

   Good for a burger king. Had double whooper. Chips and strawberry milkshake.all cooked nicely. Fries were hot. Quite busy which probably means food was fresh
