   DO NOT ORDER FROM FURAMA CHINESE!!! I placed an order on the 18th December 2024 at 18:35, estimated arrival time for our order was 19:25. It got to 19:35 and food still hadn’t arrived, I WAS a regular customer and have never ever had any problems with them. Until i made a request for a refund as our food was delivered cold one time and now all of a sudden I dont get my order - abit suspicious…. I made the order through Deliveroo and Furama kept telling me i had to go through them to claim my refund for my missing order that had apparently been delivered (it hadn’t). I got in touch with Deliveroo and they advised that this restaurant is only using Deliveroo as an order platform and have their own delivery drivers so they are unable to deem a refund. I drove down the restaurant to discuss what had happened and to see where they went wrong, they could not provide delivery confirmation and apparently the driver that supposedly delivered our food had gone of shift and was not answering the phone. I told Deliveroo this information and they contacted Furama to which they reported that they managed to get hold of said driver and he had delivered the food to our home and into our hands… complete lies. I will not be ordering from this Chinese ever again and i would advise everyone else to do the same. If you do, make sure you collect the food and if you happen to report their food for any reason, ensure not to order from there afterwards!

   I ordered part of my usual order from here, normally no problems, but tonight has put me right off. My daughter has boiled rice and chips, order came quickly, she put it in a bowl, clean straight from the dishwasher. She then shouted me to say that there bugs in her rice. Little black bugs moving in the bowl and in the rice. Contacted the owner and asked me to send a video, but my phone wouldn't allow me to send it. I will be choosing another Chinese from now on.

   Have used here a few times. We went in to order this time and parked outside easily for free. Guy taking order was very friendly. I only had card but was told cash only. So I placed the order and popped down to cash point. We didn't have to wait long at all for food and it was piping hot. I had the crispy shredded chicken and chicken chow mein ( there was enough for that night and lunch next day ! ) Others had duck pancakes and their feedback was "it was lovely". Someone else had curry and rice, again they said " it was very tasty" the same with other dishes. Prawn crackers were OK ( a little chewy rather than crispy) Overall great service and nice food.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong chow mein which I could not eat because it was full of bean sprouts. When we phoned up to ask if anything could be done the guy on the phone didn't want to help and even started insulting and swearing at my partner and even threatened him. I don't think this is the correct way to handle your customers. Disgusting customer service I wouldn't order again might just take the food back and leave it all over their windows I wasn't given a option to bring it back instead we were threatened and sworn at I suggest you hire people who know how to treat paying customers. It wasn't my mistake at all your menu had 2 options vegetation chow mein or PLAIN chow mein. A plain chow mein does not have vegetables in it. Ask Any other Chinese shop. I've never experienced such disgusting customer service

   Customer service here is absolutely disgusting. I ordered a PLAIN chow mien. They also have a vegetable chow mien on their menu which I did not order because my partner cannot eat the bean sprouts. I get the delivery, without them notifying the just eat app that they’ve got it out for delivery, for it to arrive with vegetables in the chow mein. I rang up spoke to some young kid who has an attitude problem. Just sat there tutting saying can’t do nothing about it. After becoming riled up because my partner now has to find something else to eat, I told them I would come down to the shop and make them give me plain chow mein. He then proceeds to call me a ‘dickhead’. Avoid at all costs, it’s not worth the drama.
