    Never had a bad experience with food from Oscar China. Food is always hot and delicious and delivery wait is never long. When ordering in oscar China for takeaway the lady at the counter is always polite and friendly and the wait time for collection is roughly 10 mins.

    Nice family run Chinese takeaway that try their best! The lady that runs it is pleasant and the main delivery guy is a top gentleman and should be nominated for an MBE or a Michelin star for his services!

    We used to use this place all the time, however, it must've recently changed hands and unfortunately gone down hill. The prices have doubled, and seemingly so have the wait times. Ordered our food then sat in there for half an hour tonight, watched 4/5 other people order their food and leave before us. When questioned on what was taking so long, the server said they'd all ordered before us! Was extremely rude, picked up the phone rather than talk to us and eventually gave us our food without so much as a sorry or complementary prawn crackers. Shame as used to be a lovely place.

    This used to serve good enjoyable food in 2016, it must have changed hands since, I've ordered less and less as there standards have gone down further and further. The food quality got worse and worse, now that their customer service skills no longer exist I won't be having anything from there ever again. I wasn't satisfied a few times before this incident however I tried again to my disappointment. Recommendations will be anywhere but here for the future.
