   Greeted by Friendly,Smiling helpful assistant! That makes a nice change from some other McDonalds. Food was good and warm. Even the assistant that tidies up was Friendly,Smiling and helpful. Unfortunately a Sales person (on his Phone ) sat next to me that wanted everyone in the Restaurant to know his Company and his sales pitch that so I had to move places to the other end of the Restaurant. Apart from that I had an excellent lunch break. Phones should be banned in Restaurants if one doesn’t know how to behave Quietly without offending others that come for lunch and maybe some peace and quiet? Otherwise, Excellent. !

   This McDonald’s can be very hit and miss. During busy times with more staff on, the food tends to be fresher and the service better. However, if you go too early or late, the quality, service and professionalism do drop a little. Consistency would really make a big difference here.

   Nice McDonald's location and interesting decor and furniture! Love the brown sofas! Burgers, fries and wraps were all fresh and hot, the Mcflurries extra cold. Great experience here!

   Great Stopover when Travelling via the a38. Fast service and nice outdoor space in the summer. Always book with the app for best value. Nice large indoor seating, plus they have a good outdoor area. Getting in and out of the car park is a little confusing, you have to go into the road just before you get to it, and from the other way you need to go round the roundabout. To leave you have to go right and enter the roundabout from the next entrance.

   I do love my McD's sausage and egg McMuffin meal. But when you get it, it looks like it's just been thrown together it is a bit off putting. I realise they are often rushed to get orders out quickly for customers but try to serve it up as it looks in the many photos of it around the restaurants.

   No milkshake. Again. Out of the three branches in Tamworth this used to be the one most likely to have milkshakes. Not recently though. I've started dismissing McDonald's as a takeaway option now. The coffee's not bad, although no substitute for a strawberry brain freezer, which they rarely have when I go.

   Disgusted. Sat having a lovely chat and coffee with a friend a few days before Xmas and today recoeved a parking fine. Hope your happy to ruin people's Xmas and chats. Can't even sit for a coffee with out clock watching. Won't be coming again

   The "Big Mac" I just received; nothing but 3 buns and 2 pattys, despite never specifying that I wanted any toppings removed. Don't visit this place 1 and a half hours before they close, the staff clearly just want to go home.
