   I want to begin to say that the refurb is absolutely amazing, I love to see how they have changed the restaurant after so many years. Our server was Leon we have a conversation as he has newly become one of shift managers there, his service as always is impeccable I can tell he has had a lot of experience in customer service. I would 1000% come back as feel welcomed every time I come in there along with my family and every time Leon has been absolutely amazing remembering our drinks as soon as we arrive. The food was incredible, we had the new Prawn Thermidor, Chicken Caesar, Warm Vegetable Chicken Bowl and BBQ chicken.

   Me and my family had dinner at Pizza Express and had a great experience! The food was delicious and the restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. A special mention goes to our waitress (a lady with full arm tattoo), who really made the visit extra enjoyable. She was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our meal. It’s so nice to see genuine, warm service that makes you feel welcome. Overall, a great dining experience from start to finish. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

   Great service, love the dough balls, everything you’d expect from a reliable restaurant. However, Gluten free portion sizes are so small it’s basically kids. It’s understandable with a pizza (although you can get bigger at Tesco and they both have that polystyrene squeal to the bite and thin cardboard crust) but with pasta it makes no sense

   I visited Pizza Express with a small group and we were so impressed with the service. Sarah, our waitress, was incredibly attentive and made sure every request was handled smoothly and with a smile. Duncan, the manager, was equally fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. They really went out of their way to cater to our needs, and it made the whole evening feel extra special. Highly recommend!

   When we went in (approx 1pm on a weekday) it was empty except for us. Restaurant was very clean, staff were polite and friendly. Our server guided us through downloading the app so that we essentially got a 50% discount on our total bill, which was great. Food came quickly and was tasty. Good value for money, would go again. There are some disabled spaces on the street for parking, just round the corner, or if you walk about 5 minutes you will find two different parking areas.

   A lovely Pizza Express on a Sutton Coldfield high street. Staff are always very welcoming and chatty. Food comes promptly and is always a delight. Would recommend downloading the Pizza Express app for deals which give you a very reasonably priced meal.

   We had a children’s pizza express party hosted by Ellen and Issh This was the first time I and many others have been to a party and I was not disappointed The staff were lovely, and kind. Staff were polite and very prompt- answering questions when asked Kids had fun and enjoyed making there own pizzas Really good value for money and restaurant was clean- they encouraged lots of hand washing I was really impressed and recommend to if you want a party with a difference Thank you

   Really nice experience. We went here for lunch. The restaurant was empty so had our pick of tables. The food was yummy and the service was really good. We were served by Ellen and she spent a great deal of effort in provide us fantastic service. We would recommend and definitely visit again
