   Never will I ever go here again, collected 2 pizzas and my mistake I didn't check and try them before leaving, They were under cooked, chewy and tasteless, it had been a while since we used pizza hut so thought as they now using vegan cheeze and beyond meat it was worth a go but what a disaster, so shocked at the quality of the food, and as for pizza hut themselves no refund just a £30 voucher, but that would mean we would have to use it at the hut No way would we ever use pizza hut again because of the insult of the voucher and quality of food, Domino's here we come.

   Excellent service, jake served us friendly and helpful, helped ourselves to salad while we waited for our stuffed crust pepperoni for sharing which was very tasty. We've been a few times and recommend a visit

   Worst place to order a pizza, order 3-4 times and last time was delivered cold and dry pizza with no cheese at all. Spoke to manager who was really rude over the phone while I was speaking politely with him. Worst of customer service ever received. Left a complaint over Pizza Hut contact centre with no reply. Would not order ever in future

   Avoid this place at all costs! Ordered 3 times over the last 10 months and every time our order has been wrong. On one occasion we were offered and delivered replacements. On this recent occasion the manager spoke to us in a very rude and threatening way, said we would have to wait an hour and a half for the right pizza & when asking for a refund told us he couldn't & we had to ring the service desk. Literally the worst service we have ever recieved. We never recieved a refund for a incorrect order in Oct 2021 & thankfully our bank did so for us (so they can claim it back).

   The worse customer service I have ever experienced. Food arrived with missing items, phoned store straight away to inform them - Was told would be sent out. Waited over 20 mins and phoned again to be told we was lying and the driver said he delivered everything. Told them to collect pizzas then they used threatening tones with me so I told them not to come as I felt scared. Worst experience ever. Should’ve read the reviews as there are so many bad ones for this store.

   Absolutely DISGRACEFUL. we have just waited over 1 hour for 2 cold pizzas. Prior to the delivery i contacted the store and was advised that even though it had taken so long it would not be cold. I have just called to complain the guy on the phone said the best option is to get it collected........I complained further and asked for the manager. The guy walked away came back and noted he was the manager and the like he said the best option is to collect. I continued to speak and he hung up the phone on me. Absolutely appalling I will be completely about this particular pizza hut to the company above.
