once i had visited there. the staff was very rude,arrogant, partial. i said partial world because i was waiting there for 30 min for table but 7 people came there ask for they give them first they said to me you had to wait for more time. i felt very bad.
Top class service from family run pub and restaurant father and son,s team are absolutely brilliant.
I have been going here for the last 5 years. Absolutely love this place, whether it's food, atmosphere, staff, customer service all rounded like stunning. Always prefer to go or takeaway every weekend, trust me. The only thing which makes me disappointed, they're provide deliveries. Otherwise amazing place to go with family and my favourite restaurant ever in whole West Bromwich♥️ Even though Both sardar ji are amazing guy also treats you as a family.
Fantastic place for some excellent food and drink...All ways on par and consistent for the last 18 years I have been going....A must try for Grill and curry lovers.
Amazing food, I was staying in Birmingham for a few weeks and had to visit at least 3 times. Excellent food, great service and I will return from Leicester!
Worst customer service ever. Nobody in the staff acknowledged we were there. The guy taking orders was extremely rude. No social distancing in place. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dont go. We left without eating.
Visited today for our friend's son's birthday. Very quiet - in fact at 2.30pm we were the only customers! A friendly welcome, popadums whilst we waited for our main courses with nan and salad. Served hot and full of flavour, and staggeringly good value. We will return soon, and cannot recommend Haveli highly enough.
