   This is a great halal Nando’s, the best one I’ve tried in the West Midlands. Much better than Coventry and Birmingham. Birmingham’s halal Nando’s are absolutely rammed and this one is much more pleasant. It’s a newer one with nicer decor and more sauces etc. Service was quick and good delicious as always. All Nando’s are delicious but this was a much more pleasant experience.

   Me and my family came here and it was okay. We got seated quite fast and the waitress explained how to order at the table and a lot of it is self service. They have a table with all the sauces and cutlery which isn't unusual as all nandos do this. It wasn't too busy and the food came out in a timely manor and it was alright. Nandos isn't anything special but I wouldn't go out of my way to get it. There was an avacado skin left in the burger however I'm sure it doesn't happen often and we are all human and make mistakes. So overall is a decent place to eat but wouldn't go out of my way for it.

   Clan was shopping in the town and decided upon nandos for some food. Service was quick. Things were explained well. Scan the bar code, order your food. Or go to the till and you can adapt your order if you have any dietary requirements. Food arrived quickly but it wasn't too busy. The food was nice. Sadly I would say nothing special, but this might just be normal Nandos and nothing to do with the chefs. Yet the avocado skin being left in one of the burgers was the chefs mistake. But to err is human. All in all average food but decent service. Not a bad place to go. Enjoy.

   My favourite nandos in Birmingham. Always come here and never been disappointed. Excellent quality food. Food was amazing as usual fresh and full of flavours. Nice and clean restaurant and the service was brillant. Their extra saucy wings are amazing. Highly recommended for family with kids and large groups.

   If i could leave ZERO STARS I WOULD. Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a £14 burger for it to be ROCK solid. Also ordered a butterfly chicken and no cutlery was available. Asked for a fork twice and still never got one. Had to eat the chicken by hand and when I was down to the last bite the waiter bought a fork. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYBODY

   Went to Nando’s today. Was ‘greeted’ at the door very rudely by ‘Susan’ . She abruptly snapped saying we don’t have any tables come back in one hour. There were many tables free which I mentioned and she stated they only have 2 staff members on the shop floor - come back in one hour. Didn’t even take our name or number. She didn’t want to serve or greet any customers turning them all away so she doesn’t have to do her job. If you can’t handle customers, you are in the wrong job. A manager needs to manage this restaurant as Susan is extremely rude and has the wrong attitude. We saw many customers be turned away by Susan. Such a bad experience and in the end we left because of her attitude.

   Ive been here a few times now and every single time, they have not brought my drinks glass over after ordering on the app. The food quality was okay, but the chicken was dry and chips were cold. Like a few previous reviews have mentioned, they also seem to have trouble clearing tables. We were surrounded by dirty tables, not sure if it was a staffing issue or what, but it is a busy nandos and there is often a queue, so they should be cleared, not least because it is not that pleasant to be eating with a dirty table next to you. The staff are friendly, but it just seems to be poorly managed.

   It was very nice food is good priced with good portions I loved eating here but I must say your "spice sauce that is extra hot "isn't as hot as it used to be I still top stars staff is nice and the food never disappointed

   Possibly the worst nandos I’ve ever been to in my life. We were seated straight away there was no wait time as the restaurant wasn’t that busy but what came after was shocking. Ordered our food and waited over an HOUR for it. People who came after us received their food before us so it was clear that there was a fault somewhere in the kitchen or front of house. Asked the staff on several occasions how long it will be all we got back was “5 minutes” or “it’s almost done” and we had to ask the staff, they just left us to sit there with no customer service from them whatsoever, if the food is going to be late or there’s a faulty, INFORM the customer. Finally the food came out, nothing was wrong with the food, it’s nandos their food is delicious, however Didnt receive our halloumi sticks (bearing in mind waited over an hour for mains) asked the staff it’s missing and were halfway in our mains and still no sign of the halloumi sticks, asked her again only to be told she “forgot to ask” so it finally came out at the end of our meal but was there any point? Asked several times for a staff member to come over for necessities we need or water/refillable drink since we can’t get up and go due to covid but they either walked away or said they’ll come and didnt.Staff definitely need training on their customer service here. Overall experience here was negative and won’t be coming back with family. There are so many nandos in Birmingham with better service and this is one that need improvement.
