Nazeer M is a very kind, friendly and generous!!! Service is top tier, waiting times for food are maximum 5 minutes, food is always delicious and very well cooked. Lovely place to eat, atmosphere is very cozy !!
Usually order here for their chicken and rice. My last visit I went in store, lady who served could’ve had better communications skills. I asked for 2 garlic mayo instead of a mayo and chilli and I was told I’m not allowed that Asked for hot and lemon/herb, overpowering with the lemon and herb flavour, too sweet, even the rice was overpowered with that flavour, not the slightest bit hot. Very disappointed as I usually go here, will stick to Pepe’s from now on.
Keeping it brief Ordered several different burgers Mega fillet burger, mexicano burger and chicken fillet burger Taste and quality seems to vary from branch to branch Burgers tasted alright, nothing to shout home about Chicken itself for the burgers seems to be getting thinner, with extra coating Like I always say everyones opinions are different and taste buds differ and this is just my honest opinion...
Disappointed and Frustrated I ordered the chicken pitta and Nashville tenders, and honestly, I’m very disappointed. The pitta cold and soggy, mainly due to the wet lettuce. It completely fell apart after one bite. The chicken inside was thin, lacked flavor, and the cheese wasn’t even melted—clearly because the whole thing was cold. As for the Nashville tenders, they were a letdown too. They were coated with an unappetizing, unpleasant-tasting powder that seemed to be just thrown on without any care. Overall, this meal was incredibly underwhelming. I expected much better.
Ordered half chicken. Service was good. Chicken was cooked okay and tasted great! Was served on paper plates which I thought was odd and there was no where to wash hands or use wipes after having half chicken tissue is just not enough.
Just went to the new peppers in longbridge! It was amazing. Friendly and welcoming staff also great customer service very quick waiting time. The food was amazing I had a mixed king and it was so good would definitely go back there 10/10!!!
Fries were cold one had like double the amount of the other in. Burger was OK but the bun was wet and sloppy from the lettuce and i only live 5 min frive away and the sauce was spicy but not a nice tasting sauce in my opinion. The chicken wings were ok but just barely over room temperature. Overall disappointed I was looking forward to it with the reviews.
Best food I have had in a very long time. We’re a fussy family and we are all very pleased. So fresh, and tasty. Did forget our drinks. But the food it was fantastic.
We were really impressed by the size of the chicken breast in the burger, most places you just get a thinned down slice of meat but at Peppers you get a serious chunk of chicken and it was very tasty too. We'll definitely be going back and work our way through the menu.
