   Customer service was horrendous. The man on the phone was extremely aggressive and cancelled our order but then went on uber eats and said we cancelled it all because we asked how long the food would be (after waiting an hour). The man on the line shouted at us and told us we should be educated enough to know that they are busy, and before we could speak said if you want your money back take it up with uber but I’m not sending the order now. He was frightening and quite frankly his customer service was disgusting. Would NOT recommend.

   I always order online. The level of consistency has to be applauded. The food is always consistent and the food is delicious. Never lets me down. The delivery service is always on time and never late and delivers within the time frame uber eats sets.

   My family and I regularly order from this establishment. I can honestly say it is one of the stand out curry houses in Birmingham. Every time we order it is exceptional and we are greeted by their friendly delivery drivers. If you are looking for a new place to tickle your tastebuds then this should be your first port of call.

   Not happy at all unfortunately. We ordered a butter chicken and chicken tikka massala as mains. They were both in exactly the same sauce when they came, and the ctm was almost half the size of the butter chicken. Called to query about this and was told that is how they are supposed to be and that these dishes are both cooked in the same sauce but with different meats. I have eaten both dishes at many different restaurants and have never know this to be the case, they are usually completely different sauces with the same type of chicken in! The staff did not even apologise to me that I was not happy with my order, but just continually argued with me that they were right and that is the way they have always done the 2 dishes. Whatever sauce they were cooked in, we didn't find it very nice anyway. Needless to say we will not be ordering again from here or recommending the place to anyone.

   Excellent food authentic, excellent customer service and delivery. Just now ordered a paneer masala curry and mushroom bhaji. Arrived very quick and excellent food, fresh. Garlic naan with chilli and coriander was huge and all food is good value for money in comparison to other places I’ve tried. Customer service is exceptional. Very friendly staff and driver let me know he was on his way and when he was 2-3 mins away. Good choice of veggie options such as bhindi, baingan sabji etc

   By far the best butter chicken I’ve ever had, this place has became my favourite. Big portions and very well prepared food. Ordered from here a few times now and not once have I been disappointed. Very generous serving, chicken is cooked to perfection and the the curry is just packing flavour. Size of the naan bread is very good and taste great also. Maybe for the price I think you should get one garlic naan free to go with a curry as it’s a little pricy for takeaway in my opinion.

   I placed an order through Uber Eats and the merchant cancelled my order and said I would receive a refund. However, I have not received a refund so I called the shop and they refused to give me a refund. They have told me it has nothing to do with them yet it states that they cancelled the order. I want my money back as it is wrong to not refund me when I did not cancel the order. I will be taking this further if I do not receive my refund as I have proof of the merchant cancelling this and stating I would receive a refund in 3-10 days! This has been a month now!!!!

   Absolutely brilliant, the food is fantastic. I’ve been known to order on numerous occasions through just eat, today I phoned in to order for collection. The staff are friendly and the restaurant is spotless. Will definitely book to eat in, in the near future. Thank you Kashmir Cottage!
