“Vaz and team were lovely providing authentic Portuguese food and drinks at a reasonable price of high quality. Would definitely recommend.”
“Great friendly staff, a nice menu that is different and has some unique flair which worked, in a nice restaurant. Will be back!”
“Went today for the first time and what gem of a place it is. The food was absolutely delicious and we are harsh critics. What made the whole meal even more wholesome was the hospitality of the people who served us. Aleem who was very humble, warm and served us with a smile each time, the type of service received always makes the food even better”
“Tasty food and humble service! customization options on cooking! You will be delighted as soon as the food reaches your tongue! The taste of the sauce and the gravy are absolutely mind blowing!”
“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ One of the best restaurants in Birmingham! The place is very clean, welcoming, and has a warm atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious – authentic Kurdish dishes full of rich flavors, perfectly cooked, and always fresh. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, making you feel at home. Highly recommend this restaurant if you want to enjoy real Kurdish food in Birmingham.”
“Absolutely incredible! The attention to detail was impressive, from the table settings to the way the dishes were served. The steak was tender and perfectly seasoned, and the house red wine complemented it beautifully.”

My guests were totally impressed by the food and service and surroundings. This place is very highly recommended. Do book in advance as the restaurant got very busy. I will look forward to seeing you soon in the near future.”

“A truly enjoyable and tantalising treat for all five senses. From online to offline, an end to end experience full of surprise and delight moments. From the get go, you are welcomed to a friendly mobile first, intuitive and visually appealing website built with simplicity and function in mind. We placed our pickup order with ease and received a prompt order confirmation. From the moment the food is bought to the car you instantly know this is going to be special. The considered packaging, branded bag and various temperature controlled containers. POM have taken no shortcuts here. Our drive home was an hour, we expected the takeaway to have lost a little something in the journey - moisture build up, sweating of containers etc... but no. The temperature controlled containers didn’t fault at all. The thoughtful touches continue, an array of chutneys, dips and garnishes, the individual packing of components ensuring dishes don’t get soggy or wet. POM have gone the distance, they’ve thought of everything - even instructions on reheating food are included. Pinch of Masala isn’t just a clean website and polished service, there’s more, a lot more. At the very core - this is unrivalled food. It felt like a fine dining experience at home. Results happen when culture meets execution, behind Pinch of Masala is a visionary with a relentless pursuit of gastronomic excellence.”
“I have visited Dhamaka Street Food twice and on both occasions, I have been impressed with the high quality of authentic Indian Street food on offer. Not only is the service outstanding but the dishes are well presented and taste amazing! I highly recommend trying Dhamaka. It is also excellent value for money in my opinion.”
“Just had the most tastiest maki-roti and saag. Not overly chilli, freshly made worth every penny, and beautifully soft maki-roti.”
“I've been coming here for over 20 years. Food is always fresh and tastes exceptional, the ras malay ma shaa Allah tabarakallah. Best in town.”
“This place offers tasty, well priced food and is efficient with orders to cater for big/small functions. They have been repeatedly used by my family and friends so I would definitely recommend them to cater for you!”
“I had a lentil split pea dish, very tasty! Ordered first time. Will be ordering again! Most of all I didn't get no belly ache. I got a sensitive stomach”

“Amazing food for a great price. If you are ever in the mood for some hot, tasty paratha then this is the place. Perfect for Indian food on a nice day.”
“Samosas were really good and flavoursome, and fresh. Top stuff”
“They do Punjabi dishes the best and I would suggest to stick to it and not venture into other North Indian dishes like Paneer or Gobi Manchurian. Their Amritsari kulcha is a must try. The Chole, Pickled Onion and the red chutney was out of this world Authentic Punjabi to the core. The Amritsar Kulcha is the best I ever had in my life with a dollop of butter and bread baked to perfection. I am not a fan of deep fried Bature but that was popular and I saw some tables ordering it. I had Tea to finish off which was too milky according to me and I didn’t try the lassi as I visited this place after having a meal in the temple near by and skipped it. The Amritsari kulcha taste is still lingering in my tongue. They had a very light stuffing in it. Must visit if you are in Birmingham and make sure you stick to authentic Punjabi cuisine in my opinion they do the best.”
“Great place for some real authentic Indian food. For the little price they charge the quality and quantity of the food can not be faulted at all. Just loved it. Great range of options to order from.”
“Beautiful find, cosy atmosphere and friendly staff, above all delicious food, will be returning very soon. Thank you.”
“This is probably a nicely tucked away, small unimpressive by looks place, but dont let the looks fool you, if you are an Indian or from around that area you will love this place - esp the sweets, snacks, they even offer nice masala tea, my favorite is bread pakora and kalakand but each item is prepared in a homely manner so feel free to try anything, super taste and hygiene. Yum all the way.”
“Dined in with 3 of my other friends and we all enjoyed the food. The madurai mutton kari dosai and mutton chukka took me back to Tamil Nadu in the first bite. Chicken kothu can be improved as close competitors in the area serve arguably better ones. Service was really great and the team's enthusiasm is much appreciated!”
