If I could give 0 stars I would. An absolutely dire experience where the staff pretend they are making a note of your order but then get it wrong on the day anyway. Half of my order was of the wrong quantity and the other half was given to another customer and then they had to quickly replace my order which was burnt throughout and lacking the full ingredients due to them rushing to make it. Next time I would rather pay extra and go to a shop which is far more reliable.

I am very disappointed with the food. I ordered papri chaat but they gave me potato chaat .I am pregnant with last weeks .I can't eat that chaat . Totally money wastage. No doubt service is good but does not matter . Food should be good. Not satisfy with food.

The lady at the counter could not understand basic english, awful customer service. I also asked if the samosas were fresh and she just shook her head but they were cold.

The management system (till) is very very bad. I faced a problem two times with the same lady she working there. Once my brother bought a half kg sweets and they charged 1 kg sweets price, after some days am talking about it she said am not available on that day so you need to come again. Second time I bought £2 samosas she just give me 3 pieces of samosas except 5 pieces. When am reach my home I opened it then am called there she talking me and she ask me first u give me money so am confused. How she say like that and never say sorry if she make a mistake. The management have no unity as well.

I would have given four stars if there card machine worked all the time. It has a mind of it's own when it wants to work and when not. The food is lovely. We always go there for the samosas, spring roll and the Sweet's.

They make the best samosas in Birmingham. I regularly buy them for paties/events. Also reasonably priced....used to be 4 for a £1, but expectedly have gone up with price rises, now3 for a £1. Cheparrnif you buy 100+

Food was nice. It was a little spicy but full disclosure from the cashier when I asked. Prices very reasonable. Was busy but I can see why. Happy with both the food and the service

This is probably a nicely tucked away, small unimpressive by looks place, but dont let the looks fool you, if you are an Indian or from around that area you will love this place - esp the sweets, snacks, they even offer nice masala tea, my favorite is bread pakora and kalakand but each item is prepared in a homely manner so feel free to try anything, super taste and hygiene. Yum all the way.
