   I ordered oxtail with rice and veggies from this Jamaican/Caribbean takeaway, and honestly, it hit the spot. The oxtail was the star of the plate — juicy, rich, and full of flavour. I couldn’t help myself! Big shoutout to Mel, because I’m sure she was the one behind the pot. She really did her thing with the cooking. After a long and tiring day at work, that food brought me back to life. It lifted my mood, gave me energy, and turned my Sunday into a proper good one. I genuinely appreciate the beautiful food they make here. Definitely worth it.

   We ordered a big takeaway for our Black History Month celebration at work and everything was amazing! The festivals, dumplings, bbq wings, mac & cheese, and coleslaw were all a hit. They even managed to fit us in last minute, which we really appreciated. Great food, great service & we’ll definitely be ordering again!

   Wow… I never like to give 1 star but had to be done. I ordered off Uber… mutton curry and requested it to be saucy. Instead I got dry bones n rice. Very disappointed. Ordered large too. How can the chef send out food like this. Never again. Go to blue marlin instead. Tried calling the shop to n left voice message.

   Food never delivered - refused to give me my refund. The order was supposed to arrive between 5:55-6:15. At 6.18 the status on the app changed to delivered so I rang the restaurant - they said the new driver is unfamiliar with the area and to wait 20 more minutes. I rang again at 6:56 - was told to wait longer as they have driver shortages. Between 7:47 and 8:04 I tried ringing again as the order was still not there - they closed their phone line and it was not possible to connect. As I was afraid that the restaurant closed and the food will not arrive, I requested a refund through the app. At 8:07 the restaurant rings me from their private (mobile) number saying the driver has not left yet and now they can’t deliver the food as I have requested a refund. I asked whether they can process the refund - they said it is Just Eats responsibility. Today I receive a text from Just Eat: “The restaurant isn't going to give you any money back for your delayed order. They say: "We're really sorry your order wasn't delivered on time. We hope you enjoyed your food." Ridiculous.
