Asked them to do a 24hr large staff service and they nailed it. Asked for delivery with some weird timings and they delivered spectacularly, absolutely perfect, the staff loved it considering the order was over 125 pizzas and all delivered hot and delicious. “AMAZING”thank you.
Disappointed and feel ripped off, £67. Ordered 3 chicken and shish kebabs on cheesy garlic bread with salad a cheese burger meal deal and a portion of cheesy chips, Order arrived no salad or sauces ( which I think having to pay for extra, is cheeky) and no burger and chips, rings back shop , 20 minutes later, kebabs now cold ! A burger with no chips and salad sauce turns up, burger cold. Needless to say won’t order again.
I regularly order via just eat and I have never been disappointed. The Kebabs are fantastic and I highly recommend the pizzas. Within 15 minutes of ordering the food arrived by a friendly face. I find the prices very reasonable and would highly recommend. 5 star service all the time. Thank you for the great food.
Have ordered from Italiano Westhoughton for +2 years and always thought it was good despite being a bit more expensive than other places. Have ordered tonight and won’t be ordering again. Ordered 2x small margherita pizzas and 2 portions of mozzarella dippers - 45 mins after ordering I got a notification to say the food was out for delivery (I live 10 minutes away) and 45 mins after that it still hadn’t arrived! Called the restaurant, the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful, but said he would call the driver and then call me back. 10 mins later still no food and no call back, so we called again and he said “it’ll be 4 or 5 minutes”. Asked where our food had been all that time and he couldn’t answer us. The food did eventually turn up about 5 minutes later but it was freezing cold.
I used to come here all the time. This evening is my final time! I'm a vegetarian and ordered my usual, me being vegetarian isn't just a choice for me as I have a really bad intolerance to eating meat and fish. As you can see from the pictures my usual vegetarian pasta dish was most certainly not vegetarian! Just from the smell alone I knew something was off so before I dared to take a bite I used my spoon to go through the pasta to discover meat in there, lots of it. It's a good thing I didn't take a bite out of this otherwise I'd be so ill. I called Italians to report this issue and they didn't sound like they cared at all, they said they'd send a replacement which I then waited another half an hour for that. The driver shows up, forgets the replacement pasta was in his bag and I asked "please can I check I've got the correct pasta this time." I even shown the driver the pasta I was originally delivered and he was clueless to which I asked "you have got the replacement pasta right?" Eventually it clicked for him to check his bag. I checked the replacement in front of him. This time, yes the vegetarian one however really not to its usual standards at all, may as well have gave me a dish of slop. I took my food in for the second time this evening and everything was stone cold so I had to warm up. No way could I be bothered to report back to them again as at this point I'd had enough. I just thrown my pasta in a bowl and into my microwave and popped my hash browns into the air fryer. Never again, this place has clearly gone down hill over time, very sad.
Pizza cold was tasteless not fresh and the pasty was off. Tasted really horrible very bland. Dough was off to me. The smell of it was horrible also.
The food was hot, amazing taste and packed perfectly ! I made a small mistake in my order and called them, the manager was so well spoken and good. Even gave me free dip !! Food was 10/10 perfect will order again and again !
Food is really good, can’t fault it. But these guys always mess my order up on delivery. I ordered 2 meals. 1 pizza and chips and 1 kebab and chips….pizza was missing!…spoils the weekend take away night
Been going here well over 10 years, They are known for the massive full house Kebab which is off the menu now however the portion sizes match their quality chicken was delightful. Everyone I go here I'm always surprised by what it delivers there are some great takeaways around here but this has to be in the top 3 definitely. 5☆
Having had pizzas from here for years, it would seem that the latest team working here have lost their way. Ordered 3 pizzas for collection. Turned up to find only 2 cooked. Apparently we hadn't ordered 3, even though the 1st & 3rd ordered were the cooked ones. Had to wait for missing one to be cooked, all the while the other 2 were getting cold. Once at home, they are only warm with soggy floppy bases (to much cheese me thinks) and how the hell do they all taste the same?? Bitterly disappointed, out of pocket and still hungry at they are not getting eaten. Will not be using again.
