Came for a meal with family and had such a lovely time! Food was amazing and service was even better! Jordan was our server and she made us all feel so welcomed and made sure we had everything we needed! 10/10 recommend, we will be returning!
Our server Jordan was fabulous. Engaged with us directly with polite conversation. Not once were we pushed or felt any reason to rush. Picked up on our openness for humour and got involved. Overall the service made the amazing food just perfect.
Popped in for some food whilst Christmas Shopping with my friend. The favourites sharer was amazing! But of everything on there, got to taste a few different bits of the starter options. The pollo della class was 10/10, saucy and flavourful! My waitress Poppie was amazing! Helped us both decide what to order, she was very attentive and friendly. She was able to answer all our questions (and we asked a lot sorry Poppie!) The atmosphere is very comforting and very festive! Will definitely be coming back!
Ask Italian in Warrington is one of my favourite places to eat in Warrington town centre, located in a stunning, memorable building just outside the Golden Square Shopping Centre. The staff are generally pretty friendly and have good awareness of allergens — a separate gluten-free menu was provided for me after letting them know I was coeliac, with a stand added to my table to make sure my server knew. I did have an issue using an ASK Perks reward on my recent visit, but the staff resolved this to my satisfaction, and it was just confusion, as they had never seen the promotion before. Food also comes out of the kitchen in good time. The interior is nice, with little touches to Italy, such as the Fiat and Colosseum decorations on the wall. There is a large seating area outside, which looks pleasant. My go-to dish here is the chicken and mushroom risotto, which is usually cooked well and tasty. Others whom I have dined with have ordered pizza and pasta dishes and been pleased. I wasn’t a huge fan of the Amalfi Sunset, and a more traditional bar menu would be more appealing going forward.
Brilliant place for Italian food. Great building and decor, the staff were super friendly and helpful, all of the waitresses were lovely! The food was amazing, portions are great for the price you pay. We had a great time, highly recommend, and will be back again soon!
Lovely food, great service... but it was cold. Of course it was freezing outside, but I wish the heating had been turned up inside. But we'll definitely be back .
Shopping in town and decided to have a meal. Welcome on arriving, very pleasant staff, food was quick and delicious. Would recommend booking if you want a evening meal. Happy to go back any time.
Excellent food and portion size. Great kids menu and lovely staff. The new decor is really nice and I have no negatives at all. Highly recommended and look forward to returning
