   Never seem to get an order right and now they have cancelled our order 2 minutes before it’s supposed to be delivered. Why not just cancel an hour ago instead of leaving your customers waiting? Appalling business, rude staff 9 times out of 10 and should really be ashamed of their service to be honest. Would highly recommend avoiding this chippy if you’re not a fan of disappointment. Do better.

   I've ordered from deliveroo for a couple of months kebab meat & chips, small fish & chips, the fish was very small & !was just batter!! We kept on going giving the benefit of The doubt. I ordered a kebab meat & chips which as soon as I opened you could smell it was 'OFF' Literally had a mouthful & tasted foul!! I ordered cheesy chips as a one off & as never tried them, the cheese smells so foul & the chips were undercooked! If that's what you call cheesy chips, seriously change it, we threw the lot away & I won't be ordering from there again!!! I've have gone else where!! I'm an definitely not one for complaining but this was disgusting.

   Last time missed pot of curry from order and today squashed all the pies and soaked paper through with vinegar, it’s really going down hill fast will be going back to fairfax chippy from now on

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Best Fish & Chips in Lickey! I’ve tried plenty of fish and chip shops, but this one really stands out. The fish was cooked perfectly – crisp, golden batter on the outside and tender, flaky fish inside. Chips were hot, fluffy, and not greasy at all. Portions were generous, prices fair, and everything tasted freshly made. Staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Emmie, who gave great customer service. The place was spotless, and you can tell they take pride in what they serve. I’ll definitely be coming back – highly recommend!

   The food was severely disappointing. ‘Large’ cod cost nearly £8 (just for the fish, chips were extra), and once the batter was opened, the actual fish was barely as thick as my thumb. Most of the bag of chips had stuck to the paper and when I took them off, I was left with bits of paper stuck to the chips, so they need some proper greaseproof paper to prevent this. Food was luke-warm and the fish batter was like a sponge full of grease when I bit down on it. I ended up just eating the cod and a few paper-free chips. Never again.

   Coming from living on the North East coast of England I must admit I have been spoilt with some delicious fish and chips in my time. Since living in the Midlands I've struggled to find anywhere quite as good...until I got fish and chips from here. By far the best fish and chips in the Midlands! The fish was good quality, fleshy and fresh, the batter was light and crispy, the chips were great and the portion was a good size - good value for money. I'd 100% recommend.

   What a F’in joke. Over 1/2 an hour to get served because they’re too busy dealing with phone orders. I would have thought there would have been more sense dealing with the customers that have put themselves out to visit the shop stand in the cold. The girls started my order then put in on the top of the fryer and carried on with a phone. Using all the chips THEN yet again customers in the shop had to wait for chips to cook again and mine on top of the fryer cooking dry in the paper. You really need to get your s-#%t sorted before you start and lose your genuine customers. Already lost one now ME !!! I wouldn’t visit this chippy again if they were giving the stuff away for free

   Had an online delivery from here, I'm going to say it wasn't the best in comparison to going to the shop to collect. The food was very hot.That you had to leave it for a few minutes to cool down.The cheeseburger cheese had just melted into the bun..Almost like hot butter!! Makes you wonder being that hot & the cheese turning to liquid if it had been in the microwave for 5 minutes.The burger meat was also dry. Not good.

   The very best chip shop for miles!! Excellent quality,great sized portions, beautifully cooked fish, delicious chips. Kebabs are lush. Thank you guys,made for a great evening as we'd invited others to eat with us,and everyone was impressed with their food
