   I’m sorry but I had one of the most worst experiences. The thigh stack, a dish worth over £16, was not at all worth the price. The garlic breads were the soggiest one could have. The portion was very small. Worst choice of box for rice and chips and presented in the worst way. Dynamite prawns were good, but even that doesn’t give me a good reason to order food again from here. And I was surprised that a 330 ml cola can is what I got for £2.25.

   First of all, the entrance is beautiful – the Hollywood-style entrance really gives the restaurant a unique and welcoming vibe. Now the food – honestly, it was fantastic! The boneless platter and the kebab were some of the best dishes I’ve ever had. The chicken breast was cooked perfectly – soft, juicy, and full of flavour. The rice was excellent quality, and the lamb was so tender and tasty, bursting with rich, juicy flavours. Definitely some of my favourite food of all time. Where things could be improved is with the service. One of the staff members was chewing gum while dealing with customers, which felt a little unprofessional in such a high-quality restaurant. Also, while we were initially greeted with respect, the tone of service changed once we sat down – some of the explanations about what was and wasn’t available on the menu came across as a bit rude. A friendlier and more polite approach would really match the standard of the food and setting. Overall, Chickaros West Bromwich has an amazing atmosphere and truly delicious food – some of the best I’ve had. With just a little improvement in staff professionalism and consistency, it could easily be a 5-star experience.

   Nice atmosphere, music . Friendly staff. Food was over sauced.( Will next time recommend them to place on the side,as it spoilt the taste). Drink was nice also . I do believe it's pricey as it is just kebab shop food in a restaurant.

   5/5 – An Exceptional Dining Experience! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every customer had the best possible experience. The food was absolutely delicious.. every dish we ordered was amazing, with flawless flavors and stunning presentation. Not a single disappointment! The restaurant itself has a lovely, inviting atmosphere, beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. Between the amazing food, the wonderful service, and the charming ambiance, this place exceeded all expectations. The restaurant is located nearby a large parking area so it was very accessible. Thank you Highly recommend I’ll definitely be returning!

   I recently visited Chickaros in West Bromwich and had such a great experience that I had to leave a review. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the warm and welcoming service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely valued as customers. The food was absolutely delicious, not only did it taste amazing, but the presentation was top-notch too. You can tell they put real care into every dish. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavourful, and served at the perfect temperature. What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. It was calm, clean, and comfortable no loud music or shouting, just a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax and enjoy the meal. It’s the ideal spot for a quiet dinner date or even a catch-up with friends where you can actually hear each other talk. Pricing is also very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. You definitely get great value for your money. All in all, Chickaros is a hidden gem in West Bromwich. I’ll definitely be returning soon, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty meal in a pleasant setting with brilliant service.

   Great food, good decor, excellent service. It was quite busy, but we got seated straight away. Nice and clean place. Lovely ambience food was fresh and tasty. We went on Mother's Day, and I was given a free mocktail for mothers Day, which was a lovely surprise. Overall a great experience will be reccomend to others.

   Lovely atmosphere, the staff are so lovely and the food was delicious, raj was so friendly and was very professional and couldn't help us enough. The food was hot and tasty and we were very impressed. We had cocktails by Jack and they were impressive, he makes a great strawberry daiquiri! We will definitely be returning ❤️

   Visited last week for the first time. My first impressions were beautiful interior. The place had a lovely atmosphere and rhe staff were very nice . I had a hot dog with some chicken mince I think and some fries with their signature sauce on . I did not enjoy the chips at all as the sauce just wasn't for me ... not to mention they were very soggy . However the hot dog was tasty and the portion sizes excellent. I also enjoyed the virgin mojitos which were also very well presented. As its not far from work, I'm looking forward to checking this place out again and turning something different!

   Organised to meet some friends here last Friday as it was suggested as a good new place. Was very happily surprised as was greeted at the door and made to feel very welcome even though I had no idea if we had a table booked. The staff quickly checked and I was shown to a table where drinks were offered. Then had the usual wait while the rest of the friends slowly showed up and again drinks were offered upon everyone's arrival. Once everyone was there food orders were taken and double checked to make sure everything was in order and then very quickly brought to the table. Food was excellent and portion sizes very good as we did leave some food but was all boxed up and taken away. Would definitely recommend and we are already planning another visit.
