The food was absolutely delicious.. every dish we ordered was amazing, with flawless flavors and stunning presentation. Not a single disappointment! The restaurant itself has a lovely, inviting atmosphere, beautifully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. Between the amazing food, the wonderful service, and the charming ambiance, this place exceeded all expectations. The restaurant is located nearby a large parking area so it was very accessible. There’s no issues if you would like to swap something and the girls behind the bar are lovely, however the waitresses seem to change all the time and their English is limited. Plenty of parking on site. Modern interior and great atmosphere, couldn’t recommend more!!!!”

“My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the Island Inn. I ordered the goat curry, and my wife selected the vegetarian curry. We were both thoroughly impressed with our meals, which were well-presented and served concurrently. The service was excellent, and the staff were delightful.”

“Firstly the building is beautiful and the layout is so nice with big, spaced out tables, the bar on one end, and cosy corners which provides privacy. We were greeted very politely at the door and shown to our table. Food was amazing, so many veggie options! I had the Methi Matar Malai and the Samosas, best ones I've ever had. Cocktails were great too and 2 for £12 is decent so I had quite a few, and still felt very comfortable in the establishment (many people were drinking but no one was being too loud or creepy). Ordering with the QR code was chill and straightforward and staff were still very attentive but also didn't meddle in anyone's business unless we asked for something, they just left us to eat in peace and only came back to collect dishes at the end. Just all round perfect experience. One thing I will say, the car park is tiny for the size of the restaurant so need to get there early and also book a table in advance/ maybe go during the day rather than evening. We will be back!”

“Order ahead as it takes them at least 30 - 40 minutes as they have a thriving take away business - the food is zero frills and 100% on the taste and far too cheap for what you get - if it's food alone that you are after, then go there - if it is atmosphere, service and no compromise quality then my favourite has to be Rajdoot in George St, Birmingham - the food there will knock your socks off and impeccable decor and atmosphere - but it comes at a price - but if quality equals price then not an issue - if you want a Patek Philippe then you have to pay the price”

“Took my family here and was happy to see they have a nice dining area separated from the pub area. I wasn't expecting much as I've had deliveries from here a few years ago which were just ok, but I was pleasantly surprised. Mixi was decent. It's a shame they open too late for lunch, but we had a nice dinner here. There was an ok beer selection to choose from.”

“Always had takeaway from these chaps but this time we dined in. Really nice food; it's always good quality, and if there are any problems they're so quick to sort them out. Very friendly people and the service is quick too. Sadly had some horrible customers in who started unnecessary arguments and fuss, but it was handled so well by the staff. Will definitely order from them and visit again, too.”
