   Yesterday i bought chamcham from shop and there is a hair in meethai, I called and told the situation and somebody on call (girl) show very rude behaviour and ans was that is not a big deal if you found hair in your food, while making food this is happening, no issue…. I want to complaint about it , need a little bit etiquette, how to deal with customers There are some alternate word like may be its by mistake but that kind of behaviour not acceptable with your customers Thank you so much but tell your staff to deal with manners.

   I bought some food here and there was a lady constantly making a rude face as if she just doesn’t wanna serve me, i kept being nice with a smily face and asked her to get me gulab jamun and stuffs and yet she just kept a rude tone on as if im just wasting her time and i wont pay. The lady just gave my food while i said thank you but she just walked away. The food was yum ngl but the atmosphere she made was just so awkward. Bruhh never coming back here if i see that lady again.

   Brought chole- bhature. Chane were uncooked and very hard. Called and complained and was told “ we will take care next time”. The food was bland tasteless. Will never be returning to this shop!!

   Vegetarian sweet centre. Food looked great but I was looking for meat samosas. Did try the Vegetarian ones while I was there. Was nice not oily but would have been nice if they was a bit more crispy. Chutney was too sweet for me.

   Very nice shop no complaints. Very clean and nice display everything. Staff so nice. But food wise I have few complaints. Panner pakora very dry and Panner was so thin and over cooked. Veg pakora cold in the middle even they fry in oil. And sweet called messu not really nice, it's taste like oil. Even you can feel it's very greasy when touch. Three stars for clean shop and nice customer service.
