   Food was ordered around £55 worth for delivery today at around 12:15pm and it arrives around 3. Then once it finally arrived it was cold, the fries were dry also and looked like they’d been refried. I’ve had their food many times but for delivery it’s the worst experience for the second time now. Pay so much to receive cold food that lost its taste.

   Really nice place, different style of food. Plenty of room to eat inside with friends and family. Staff are really nice and always helpful, special thanks to Raluca who always looks after us whenever we swing by! You are the best Raluca!!!!

   worst German donor I have had I’m a regular customer and know how the portion sizes come a lady called Aysha telling me the food is weighed mine wasn’t and messed up my daughter food now I have to reorder for her absolute joke my food was not weighed you didn’t follow instructions on my daughters order either if you want a proper German donor go Birmingham city centre or Moseley this store is terrible

   I place a order uber eats then I call the restaurant pls don’t put any sauce on my kebab then she said then after I received my they put chilli sauce on my kebab that for kids then I call the restaurant then she so rude to me she give me attitude I try say pls send me new kebab because my kids didn’t eat spicy stuff she said we can’t send new one then after she so rude and give my attitude that so bad services I received today

   Decent price, tasty and quality food, smiley service and clean restaurant. 30/01/2023 Change of opinion: Was served by Arman (name on the bill) We ordered Beef box and received mixed, took it to the counter and Girl in scarf and Another boy who served us on the till didn’t have decency to change the order and fobbed off my little daughter. Made me pay for the beef box. She’s not happy neither am I. Pathetic service by unprofessional unskilled staff.

   this place seemed ok to me, clean, quite crowded, I bought one single time from here and several times from their location in Walsall. Even though it was crowded, they moved quickly. The food is not wow but it is good. From my point of view, nothing surprised me. I can also say that the quantity / price seemed a little unbalanced. I think that at that price the portions should be a little bigger.

   The food is really enjoyable. Some of the meat can be a bit dry in parts but generally speaking it's quite good. Is it better than what you'd get at the average chippy? Not for what it costs. Ordering two box meals and a couple of sides got the cost up to £50 with charges. Considering a large mixed meat in naan at my local chip shop is £7, it's incredibly expensive. There's far too much waste which really needs to be addressed. Every food item is at least two layers of packaging deep. With a box meal you have the outer corrugated cardboard box, then all dividers inside, then the kebab sandwich is in a box of its own, then it's in a foil wrapper, then it's in a paper wrapper. It's all needless waste and when we're all trying to be more conscious of our carbon footprint this just isn't required. There are some nice things that just aren't replicated elsewhere, their kebab bread is fantastic and very similar to a traditional Turkish pide. Their sauces are really good too. Full of flavour and balanced well with the meat but I will say there's never enough of it. Three little poxy pots is all you get. The fries are average. Nothing remarkable about them. The spicy fries are a tasty addition but this option does bump up the price but again, perfectly average. Overall I'd recommend that it's worth trying at least once but the prices are way over valued and quantity in some areas lack. If they cut down on all the needless packaging they could even bring the prices down but £15-20 for a box meal (one can of pop, one kebab sandwich, one fries and two spring rolls) it's a bit of a joke.
