   Ordered food online at 7.30 pm after a hour tried to phone to chase delivery no answer, repeatedly tried to ring no answer finally got through at 10 pm as now we wanted to cancel the order and be refunded they told us it was on its way but we said we do not want it now cancel it as its now 2 and a half hours late but at 10.45 our food turned up had to explain to delivery driver we do not want it anymore your 2 and half hours to late, they didn't refund us as we asked but took the money out and put it as delivered on app absolutely Jokers

   Ordered food at 515 was told on app food would be here at 650 food didn’t come called at 715 got out on hold for 10 minutes and was forgotten about had to call back no one seemed to know what they were doing said it was on the way food came about 8 and all was cold had to warm up won’t be ordering again

   Ordered online. Milkshakes watery and flavourless. Took almost an hour and a half for a band luke-warm curry and rubbery rice. Never again.

   WHAT HAS HAPPENED Used to be our favourite Indian restaurant for dinning in and take away...... Food is just not the same, portions much smaller taste and quality definitely not the same. Poor take away service....told to collect my order in 15 mins, arrived and had to wait another 20 minutes.....1 member of staff, taking phone orders, serving customers in restaurant and trying to deal with customers collecting orders.....very poor customer service.....unfortunately after 6 years of being a loyal customer I won't be returning to Spice Fusion again.

   Reasonable value, good quality food with excellent service. Kam is absolutely on it and is a really good quality member of staff for sure. Front of house is Sadia and she is really good too. Worth a visit the food was tasty and spicy enough as I requested. I had chicken tikka jalfrezi, and next time I had the chicken Biriyani which was very good too and the accompanying naan was fresh nicely cooked and hot to the touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Absolutely worth a visit

   Always have an enjoyable experience when visiting this restaurant. The food is always tasty and cooked to perfection and the staff are always attentive, personable and happy to see you. I had the Nawabi Khawaz which I would recommend to any lamb mince lovers out there, but my whole family enjoyed what they all had individually, so you'll like whatever you choose. Also, if you want a side I'd go for the Special Rice, you won't find a better rice at any other Indian restaurant

   First time I have ordered from here after reading many positive reviews. Unfortunately my review is negative but brutally honest. The food was delivered hot and the gentleman taking my order was polite and informative. The food, however, was was below average. I ordered a veg balti. It is clear this restaurant uses frozen mixed veg, not fresh as per the the reviews I read. The chips were undercooked soggy fries. Very disappointing and does not live to the 3.9 rating. I hope you accept my review as constructive.
