   Met up with friends from various parts of the north west. Wanted some lovely food in a very attractive setting, Ancoats. Steeped in history, had a mooch, but had already decided this is where we all wanted to eat, 3 had the calamari all said is was the best they had ever tasted. Small plates like tapas, lots of choice, open kitchen. We had the 3 course menu for £20, lots of choice. They didn't rush us at all. Will definitely be back.

   This was my second time dining here. We tried the 3 for £20 offer this time and everything we ordered was delicious, really great value for the quality! The Hispi Cabbage is a must-try, seriously good. Big shoutout to Thomas for the excellent service, super friendly and attentive. We left full and happy.

   My friend and I came for the tipsy tapas and it was fab. The food was delicious and the service was great, really friendly. They kept an eye on our drinks and were quick to offer us top-ups.    As I read before we booked a table here, at this kichen in Canto, there is a Michelin Star Chef. And I don’t know if he is still working here but I can tell that the food was more than Michelin star. The whole place is unique and the staff is very friendly and professional.    Exquisite, Complexity, and Proper. The food is combined with different ingredients that together made it more tasteful and beautiful. I have been in UK for 10 days and this restaurant is one of the best so far, especially the octopus dish. Nicely Done!

   Lively Friday night but I was still able to book only a couple of days earlier. No problem that we were late thanks to slow running trams. Great and friendly service. A menu that makes your mouth water before you actually eat the food. And did I mention that a carnivore and a vegetarian will be equally happy with the menu? Great night. Thank you.

   Really nice tapas restaurant with delicious selection of food!! For me the personal best I’ve tried in the north west of England between Manchester, Liverpool and Chester. The highlights were mushroom croquettes with black garlic purée and sweet potatoes with smocked ricotta!! A place where I would go back and keep exploring the rest of the menu! Well worth to try!!
