   When PapaJohns was open before I used to order regularly from them. Always amazing service, fresh pizzas and red hot food, very quickly deliverd aswell. Since re opening I have used them again today expecting the same level of service only to find out even after ordering directly through their app they now use uber eats drivers, my order left the restaurant at 17:43 (that was the last delivery note I got on the app) only to arrive at my door 45 minutes later flat cold. Sent it back, now waiting for hopefully a replacement that is hot. Not the service I remember before, seems as if the new re opening has gone down hill which is such a shame as before they was one of my regular takeaways and I placed many frequent orders.

   Papa John’s chicken fajita pizza has tender chicken with a nice mix of peppers and onions for a savory, slightly smoky flavor. It’s satisfying and well-seasoned, making it a great option if you want something beyond basic pizza.

   They don’t state that they use uber drivers even when ordering direct through their website. My order was ready when they assigned an uber driver so by the time it arrived everything was flat cold.

   Food is always good from Papa Johns however the delivery service really spoils the who experience. 90 mins after ordering and 30 mins after the companies own tracking service said our pizza had been delivered we get a call from the driver, saying he was in a car park and asked where we were. I told the driver I could direct him to us if I knew where he was but all he kept saying was he was at the postcode we had provided in a car park. Not very helpful. I told the driver what to Google to find us, he couldn’t work out how to Google things even though he was using Google maps for his sat nav. He just kept saying he was at the post code WE PROVIDED (Caps as he kept shouting it). Interestingly, as I presume with most addresses in the UK we don’t have a post code allocated to just our property. Also interestingly if you enter into Google our property name and postcode we provided on the order Google pin points us exactly. So maybe if your drivers were able to use Google and type the information provided they would find more addresses. Also you have delivered to us over 20 times in the last few years. Maybe if you pin pointed the delivery location after your first delivery and saved this next to our customer profile on your app you wouldn’t have this trouble. It works well for DPD who do this in their app. Will think again before ordering from here. Oh and when you try to call the store nobody can be bothered to answer. Tried 5 times just rang out. Not sure how you are meant to tell them of a problem. You order your pizza you takes your chances. Think again. Annoying as this is very easy to fix for a big company.

   Really poor experience from Papa Johns Barnsley. The food was over an hour late, cold and tasteless. Clear delivery instructions were given but I had to phone the driver 3 times to give extra delivery instructions as he kept hanging up on me! Eventually I had to go to collect the food. I have asked the manager for a refund in writing and been ignored! Really poor service, I’m still waiting for an apology and a refund

   Just ordered a massive pizza, stuffed crust and 50/50 also ordered some chicken poppers. Delivery was mega fast and the food piping hot.... tastes brilliant, stuff crust lovely and fluffy rammed with cheese oh yeah... Chicken pippers are so good I wished they had put twice as much in. Driver was very polite and seemed really happy. Best pizza I've had in a ling time and ......... it was part of a call of duty deal so a bit cheaper too... Thankyou

   After reading all negative comments I was really not sure how my food would be. What’s a pleasant surprise. Delivery was very quick, food was fresh and hot. Sadly for this price I was expecting better quality and taste. Food was average. Nothing special and expensive for what I’ve got.

   Where do I start.. so let's go with the price. I used to buy Domino's pizza but two weeks ago their personal pizza was gone up from £3.99 to £5.99 which is quite a jump. Here I got a large pizza for £7.99! Which is a brilliant value for money. Moving on to the taste: the pizza dough was unexpectedly slightly better than Domino's. The cheese was fresh as were the toppings. Requested a half and half pizza and managed to taste enjoy both. The service from the staff was amazing. Staff was polite, friendly and helpful when placing the order. I have found my new favourite pizza place. To my surprise there was parking space. So well done on covering all the aspects. The box is pretty cool!! I finished the pizza hence didn't upload and pictures!! PS: Qamar your staff member is amazing, he caters to the needs of the staff and is very polite, friendly and have always seen him working very hard.
