   The food was not to standard, wrap had been made wrong, not pressed and crisped, we waited about 20 minutes for food, despite them having loads of staff on and enough food ready to make our order, they seemed to struggle with making things make sense, they could only complete the next order in the list, one at a time. Jesus christ why are the fries unseasoned, ruined my day! Lol

   Quick stop while charging the car. Got 4 mini fillets corn and gravy. Where do I start. The fillets were tiny not mini smallest I have even had the same as the corn was tiny as well. And to top it off the gravy was as thin as water. I guess it's a cost cutting exercise. Not the usual quality of KFC. I would expect the cost of running the place in the service station have higher running costs so corners need to be cut. Sad case a pity

   Not a comment on the place, which was well presented but a comment on the food. It's been several years since I've had a zinger burger. I shan't ever have one again. Gone has the juicy spicy fillet to be replaced by a thin tasteless non spicy slice. McDonald's spicy fillet is how it used to be. Disgraceful

   It was my first time at this KFC, and unfortunately, I was really disappointed. I had to wait around 25 minutes for my order, and when I finally got it, the chicken was cold. On top of that, the drinks were filled only about a quarter of the cup — really poor service. The staff should pay more attention to food quality and temperature. I hope things improve, because I’ve never had such problems at other KFC locations.

   Not very happy. £4.79 for 2 pieces of the smallest scraggiest chicken I've ever seen! Fillet burger meal cold and oreo krusham served without a lid for transport home. Never again.

   Unfortunately my zinger burger wasn't very warm. Took it to counter and was dealt with immediately by a very pleasant, friendly lad. He even came over to check if ireplavemnt one was OK. The rest of ours meals were delicious. I'm giving 5 stara for the excellent customer service.

   Ordered my meal drove home 10 miles away so 20 miles in total to realise the bucket was missing my fault for not checking when I got to the car. The reason I’m giving four stars is for the great customer service from the lady serving initially she helped me with the app was very polite and helpful then returning to ask about my missing order she sorted it immediately and was very apologetic even tho it wasn’t her who served me she is an asset to the team.
