“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried Bella’s for the first time and we were so impressed! The staff were absolutely lovely – they spoke to my children with such kindness and respect, which really stood out. The food was beautiful, full of flavour, and so generous with the portions. Honestly, the kebab was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! Bella’s is now our new favourite takeaway in the area. “Brilliant place. We went along in time for one of the two daily tours, and as part of that we got to learn about the awful lives some of the donkeys have endured before being rescued - some of the stories are really upsetting, but that's the reality of these animals lives and just highlights how important places like Wonky Donkey are. During the tour, we got taken into the fields to meet the donkeys up close, which was such a lovely experience - they're so friendly and affectionate. There's a great little cafe on site, and plenty of parking. All the staff were wonderful and keen to tell us about their work - will definitely be back”

“First visit for drinks then returned for dinner. The superb range of dishes on the menu made it hard to choose. My partner went for duck breast, while I had chicken in a mushroom and brandy sauce. Both meals were delicious. Drinks were well priced and the staff were first class. Friendly, helpful and efficient. The whole ambience of the place is chilled and relaxed with good music and a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.”

“Called unplanned for Father’s Day, we ate from the Father’s Day menu which had a great choice of starters main and puddings. The service was excellent warm and friendly and attentive. The main meals were beautiful home made and very tasty. The puddings were delicious and again home made. It’s been a good few years since we had been but we won’t be leaving it long before our next visit!”

“Only had donner kebabs from here. They are full and nicely done. The meat is thinly sliced and never tough. Only gripe is the lack of chilli sauce, kebabs should have hot chilli sauce but they all use the same minty type sauce that just isn't right in my opinion. Anyway. Kebabs are good :)”

“Not from the local area but was told this place makes the best burgers in the area so had to gave it try. The burger was excellent, you can add various toppings/sauces etc. The chips with spice seasoning were also excellent, a large portion, lightly crispy, soft and fluffy inside served piping hot. Everything was cooked fresh in front of you, grilled onions were made fresh and everything was of excellent quality and packaged well to takeaway. The place was spotlessly clean and excellent service too. Wish it was in my local area.”
