   We ordered on uber eats They had a deal on uber eats which was if you buy a Bella box you get one free. when we went to pick the food up the shop said the offer wasn’t on anymore and couldn’t do us that deal, even though we already paid for it so they wouldn’t do the food we had to go through uber eats to try and get our money back . Also we phoned the shop before we ordered on uber eats to make sure that deal is still on and they said yes but only through uber eats so we have paid for food that we didn’t receive. We will not be ordering from here again , very pour and the staff was very rude towards the customer

   Thursday night took 2 hours for delivery the driver looked like he ran to my house out of breathe and his delivery bag had seen some stuff bless it My garlic pizza was rock hard and flat cold The guy on the phone didn't sound like he wanted to speak about where my food was the doner meat was so condensed it was going white and dripping in either water or oil the only thing that was good was putting it in the bin shocking ordered 2hours 14 mins ago and it came in 2 hours unbelievable don't go don't recommend Just eat said it was delivered before half an hour the just eat page said 35 /50 mins deliver ( just an hour and 10 minutes off) And I'm waiting to throw up because now I've realised it was undercooked

   SHOCKING !!!! trust me the food is not worth a 2hr+ wait. Doesn't matter what night it is always 2hrs or more n food not that good. Will never be ordering here again. Want an amazing taje away gkt to RED RELISH KNOTTINGLEY EVERYTIME

   Not a fake review either. £25 order received freezing cold food, pizza had nothing on it and smelt like play doh / plastic cheese it was not eatable, chicken and chips ordered and the chicken looked like it had been stood and warmed up from days ago it was grey! Won’t be ordering again, only thing decent was cake and 2 drinks this restaurant has certainly gone down hill! I will be trying to claim money back.

   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Tried Bella’s for the first time and we were so impressed! The staff were absolutely lovely – they spoke to my children with such kindness and respect, which really stood out. The food was beautiful, full of flavour, and so generous with the portions. Honestly, the kebab was hands down the best we’ve ever tasted! Bella’s is now our new favourite takeaway in the area. Thank you for such a great experience – we’ll definitely be back!

   Nothing at all. Different order then I've ordered. We payed 32 pounds for 2 16 inch pizza and meaty kebab. We get 11 inch pizza and small kebab (few pieces of meat, dry fries, no salad..) we rang them to complain but they refuse to give us our money back. Never will order from them again. Avoid them.

   Ordered a few times in the early times all ok. Now iv ordered and one time ordered a 16" pizza and got a 11" but they sorted it by giving a free pizza 2nd time round and very polite about it. Now 2nd problem was kebab meat with chilli sauce plus a pizza was ordered, but no chilli sauce came, this was on the 5/11/22 a Saturday I called to complain and the guy on the phone did not care. While on the phone he left me to one side While he took orders on another phone and made me wait. His attitude was terrible and was very ignorant, saying we will sort on next delivery. He took no details and hung up on me. Very bad attitude. Nice pizza but bad customer service. Will look else ware for a friendly service. Not happy with this person's attitude. Shame.

   2nd time: Calzones ordered via uber eats. No on time. Completely different order. Food missing extra toppings that I paid for. Fortunately Uber refunded all. Not recommended... 1st opinion: Rude and agressive driver. Try chargee extra money because they accept order that is for some reason difficult to deliver. Told me that road is closed but he went through this road a few times same day before so he knew that road will be close later. Road works are there foe weeks. Shouting on my doorstep and being aggressive to me. Make my family scared. Try this one more time and you will need new driver.
