The guy who served us was one of the friendliest people I have ever met and the burger I had was just amazing. The chips and toast was the best I have had and all together everything was fantastic and for the price you get loads for what your paying for

Have been here a few times without a problem. However today we waited over 30 minutes for two breakfast. In that time they brought food to people who ordered after us and seemed to prioritise take away orders. We were offered extra coffee to make up for the wait, however this doesn’t make up for the bad service. Food when it arrived was lovely. I work in Halesowen, with service like today it isn’t somewhere I could come at lunch time.
Was in real need of a fry up as it's been a while, daughter mentioned the grill so we popped in for food, service was great and staff so welcoming, we ordered and got 10% discount for some reason, food is reasonably priced anyway so bargain. Food arrived reasonably quick, the food was piping hot and lovely, just what I needed, great tasting food at good prices and lovely staff, we will return. They also do Turkish food for those that want it.

Went there and had a breakfast and the egg was disgusting it was cooked with burnt food on it. The next time I went in l had a ham sandwich there for too much butter on the bread and had to scrap some of. I think it will be a while before I go in there again
Honestly, the food is mostly fine but the owner/manager has a real people problem. He doesn't know how to communicate with people that are younger than him or female. A good example is a little girl asking for a straw and his response was to tell her she's lucky he has one. Dude, just give her a straw. She's a kid.
