    Foods ok but more often than not, you go in and they don't have what you want. Never sticks to the opening and closing times either so you can bowl up when you expect it to be open and it will be closed. Owner says if it's quiet then they go home which is fine, but it's quiet as people never know if you are open or not so they just don't bother. Service can be slow to be fair.

    Do not bother. Terrible service. After going into the actual shop to order, we had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook fish and a battered sausage and after bringing the food home they had not put in the battered sausage! We asked for a mixed meat in a tray and we’re just given doner meat. I personally had a kebab and the amount of salad provided was an actual joke, 3 bits of tomato, a small amount of onion, 2 bits of cucumber and 7 tiny pieces of shredded lettuce leaves. The normal chips just tasted of oil but the batter chips were much nicer. I called their number over 20 times and each time went to voicemail. I left a voicemail for a call back and they did not call me back. I would NOT ever go back to this chippy. If I could give this less than 1 star I would’ve.

    Had a large cod and chips last night. The cod was absolutely beautiful. It was white, fresh and cooked to perfection. I did have to wait as it was cooked to order, however it was worth it. The chips were lovely too. I had a medium portion and it was enough for me and my wife to share. The chap in the shop was very friendly and said if I didn't enjoy his fish I was welcome to come back and complain. It was the nicest cod and chips I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend this shop and will be using it again.

    New years eve and this seemed to be the only local chip shop open , I'm so glad I went there chips are just lovely , the kebab meat was great not over cooked at all , they also do battered chips. The gentleman who runs it is so friendly and chatty I have definitely found my perfect local chip shop , thankyouforbeing open new years eve x best wishes for the new year .
