   Have used Red Lantern for years. Many mistakes made by the restaurant, either order not complete or receiving someone else’s food. Seems there’s always an issue & excuses galore. Then last night, ordered on-line, after waiting over an hour & a half, I phoned to see where the food was, to have the owner shout to his wife “Have you cooked blah blah blah” she shouts back she hasn’t, then owner states they’re having issues with Wi-Fi & the receipt hadn’t printed out. Said I wasn’t at all happy & not my problem, owner stated food would arrive within 10 minutes. No apology, no interest in customer satisfaction. Food arrived after 10 minutes! No offer of % off or an extra dish. Red Lantern you’ve lost my custom.

   Absolutely fuming!! Ordered a CHINESE CHICKEN curry and rice AND THIS IS WHAT I RECIEVE?! - Red lantern you need to rectify this I always order from you... I also ordered prawn crackers which are no where to be seen .. not happy customer indeed!
