   We visited less than 2 weeks from Christmas on a Saturday. The restaurant was taking walk-ins, but we had booked. We were quickly seated but despite my disability we weren't asked if the table was suitable, i did manage to get up the step. We were left for over 20 mins before our drinks order was taken. They were very busy but seemed very understaffed. The food came about 30 mins after we had ordered. I ordered the burger, it wasn't anything special, and serving size was small. The cocktail was okay, I had a strawberry daiquiri, my daughter had a cocktail which she said was okay, both were pricey but again nothing special.

   Me and my daughter came in tonight for some food together after a very long week at work/school I decided to treat us both and it was definitely a treat. The food was delicious and came out within a great time frame. The staff and the service was amazing! A special mention to Lilly and Matt they was so kind to both of us and happy to help us and have a chit chat which was definitely needed :) We also loved the robot they have and Matt was able to let me daughter give it a little pet which was so kind! We can’t wait to come again and definitely my little one’s new fav.

   Our server, Dom, was an absolute sweetheart. Lovely, attentive, and knew exactly when to give us time or to come and check in. A credit to Bella Italia. Food was fantastic - the Dudley Castle Gate branch always delivers good flavours and quality, and a great choice of non-alcoholic drinks for us drivers. Was a little bothered by the flatbread being cut into 5 but that's my own issues with symmetry! Wonderful meal, lovely place - a gem in Dudley.

   Held a kids' 9th birthday party making pizzas. Absolutely fantastic! Lilly was an exceptional host. Nothing was too much trouble and made the whole experience fun for everyone! Definitely would do this again, highly recommended!

   Came here for lunch a couple of weeks ago with a friend. Fantastic January deal on where you can have any pasta dish for a fiver. We both had the lasagne with salad and chips for sides. Lasagne was amazing! Great portion size too. Service was very good. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Always have a great experience here and will definitely be returning soon.

   What a lovely experience at Bella Italia. The food was absolutely stunning. Wonderful Gluten Free & Vegetarian options. Had a little bit of a hiccup with payment and rudeness of tall male manager, which is why the one star off. Definitely will return and recommend because of quality of food and kindness of service.

   Fantastic service fast food delivery to the table by the little robot that comes around which is an experience. Wasn’t busy at all inside but lovely smart interior with parts of an old fiat on the wall and a Vespa looking scooter as you first walk in. We got the set menu which is £15.99pp for 2 courses. Everything was fresh and hot and worth the money. I recommend to come here as it’s my first time at Bella Italia ever and didn’t let me down.

   Visited on a Sunday evening for dinner, not the most cost effective time to visit. I think they do better deals during the week at lunch like Bottomless Pizza and Bottomless Prosecco. The staff were nice and friendly, food was average. Service was pretty good, a little on the slow side for drinks, but otherwise good. I kind of knew what to expect in terms of food so wasn't too disappointed. I'd not been to this chain before so wanted to see for myself how it is. Our table in a booth had a few crumbs in the middle, presumably from the previous diners, but we couldn't be bothered making a fuss, and just lived with it. Highlight was the robot cat waitress. It was like something out of a 1980s sci-fi movie, and really quite odd in those settings! If you're reading this and wondering what I'm on about, see my pictures. Reminded me a bit of Rocky IV. Paying the bill was easy because you can do it from a QR code at your table rather than wait. You can use the same QR code for adding extra to your order, but that didn't work so we had to call a server over. All in all, I'm unlikely to dine here on an evening again, but may try out their bottomless menus.
