My last two visits have been very good. Was served by Josh who goes that extra mile and who is very polite, communicative and helpful in placing my order. Love your jacket potatoes very tasty and have the option of sitting in.
Similar to longbridge store online info says shuts at 10:30 when it clearly shuts before. Very disappointed.
Went for a work social and had a meal in October. Food was excellent. Suitable car parking. Lots of space inside. Friendly bar staff. We had a member of our party on crutches and was accommodated well. Would go again.
I went to this subway on Sunday 21st September 2025 at 8.30 pm. This subway store has one of the best customer service I have ever received in my life (and I'm not a people person). He was incredibly polite, and clean and spoke beautifully to me as a customer. He was incredibly respectful and handled my food with care. Throughout he made the store app offers known without being pushy and annoying and was overall a pleasure to be served by. I hate eating food from people with negative energy so to have been served in such a positive way definitely made the food taste better. 5 stars and I hope he gets a promotion.

The man who work there literally told no to dine in at 9:00 pm saying that 10:00 is time to close, can only have take away. This has never happened before.
Nice store, MOSTLY great staff. Almost hated this place thanks to one person who couldn't be bothered to prepare meatless meatballs for me. Must have refused to make them about four times before I'd had enough and complained to the Subway chain directly. Thankfully they quickly corrected this member of staff's behaviour and I'm hoping next time I run into the person I complained about, he will do his job and make subs ordered by the customer. Much love to the young lad Josh and the young lady who's name I'm not sure of - very friendly and helpful members of staff. These two people are the reason I feel I have to give a five star rating :P Thanks for looking after me :) Soph x
