   Always a lovely meal and the staff are always really friendly and attentive. We’ve been coming here for over 20 years as a family and brought our baby for the first time tonight - sometimes places can make you feel really awkward with a young child but our experience couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the lovely waiter too who entertained him. We will be back and continue to recommend you, thank you!

1. The Curryholic ★★★★☆

   The warmest day of the year and we went out for a curry, perhaps not my best idea. It's a nicely presented large room, clean and cool considering they didn't appear to have the air conditioning on. We enjoyed our meal here, all was very good and we had no complaints. The service was a bit functional but I think they were concentrating on a large party. They make a bit of extra effort with the chutney tray which was appreciated. My korai was just a fraction bitter and the wife's balti a "little" thin in flavour but pleasant enough and the chicken in both was excellent. Parking was a short walk away but we don't know the area. It is unlicensed and you can take your own alcohol.

   Excellent food and service to be had here in Shimla Peppers. The staff are attentive and friendly for sure. The popadoms are fresh and crunchy. The pickle tray is lively and fresh too. Though gone are the days when it was free!!!! The food is of a high quality and served hot. Will definitely return. Though whatever happened to a free pickle tray??? Highly recommended for sure.
