   When we ordered a takeaway waited an 1.5 hours for food that wasn’t even lukewarm , it was cold. When reached an hour for the delivery wait , decided to phone but the phone was “out of service” meaning there wasn’t any update on the food arrival time etc. No apology from the driver or the restaurant , it’s shocking! Won’t be going back here & I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. First time & will certainly be the last!

   Raw food Ordered tacos through just eat, the meat was pink and clearly not cooked in all 3 tacos Just eat refused to refund.

   Ordered via Uber eats. Burgers aren’t all that and are tiny - you don’t feel full! We also ordered a concrete cake with custard. It was missing from the order. Uber couldn’t sort out the issue as the retailer don’t allow them to. I called the shop the woman didn’t care and indirectly said ‘oh well’. She also said she would get the owner / manager to ring me back. No one called me back! £6 down the drain! Won’t be ordering with frauds again!!

   Ordered a takeaway from Swirlos this afternoon. The burger itself was tasty, but my experience was ruined when I found a piece of scrubbing wire in my food—a clear hygiene concern. When I reached out to customer service, the lady was unapologetic and offered no resolution. Food safety and respectful service are non-negotiable, so I’m deeply disappointed. I won’t be ordering again unless they address these issues.”*

   The smash burgers were the best I've ever had, they were juicy and mouthwatering and the loaded kebabish fries had a good portion and were filling and packed with lots of meats, flavour and sauce. Its my new go to spot, the customer service is great and I would recommend this spot 100%.
