   We ordered a large takeaway from Aston House for our Bromsgrove Tennis Club men's Christmas social (23 people) and they were brilliant. The food was hot and fresh with generous portions and nothing missing from a pretty big order. Everyone commented on how good it was. They also professionally accommodated a nut allergy in the group, clearly labelling dishes and giving us confidence everything was safe. Communication was easy, everything was ready on time, and the whole thing made the night a lot easier to organise. Would definitely recommend Aston House for both regular takeaways and larger group orders.

   Visited Chinese to Order. Young lady taking orders was excellent however the food was very disappointing and part of the order was missing despite being paid for. Contacted restaurant to advise of missing items we were told it could be delivered but there would be a charge! It is disgraceful service that through no fault of our own we would be out of pocket to get our completed order. The food itself was also disappointing. The chow mein was extremely bland and all dishes were quite tasteless. Customer service is the key to all successful businesses. Mistakes always happen but it is how those mistake are handled that makes all the difference. Will NOT be using this Chinese again! Awful service.

   Asked for veggie spring rolls, came home and there was pork in them, called a few days later, granted should've been the next day, woman who answered was very defensive and no apology given, avoid them, this is really bad as we have allergies,

   Awful food, very bland with lots of water in it(Chicken Chow Mein). The sweet & sour sauce was bright pink !!!!Even the prawn crackers were as hard as rock, think they had been sitting around for a while. Definitely not go there again

   Ordered sweet and sour chicken balls, egg fried rice and Singapore chow mein. The rice had chips mixed in with them(forgivable) but the sweet and sour chicken balls were undercooked even raw(unforgivable) in the middle, not just one but most of them. First and last visit for me. Dreadful. Pics below.
