   Ordered on Christmas Eve on food hub. Order said 45 minutes. Called after an hour to be told it was Christmas Eve extremely rudely by the women on the til. Explained this wasn’t a problem, but had already waited an extra 15 minutes. Called back after another 30 minutes (1hour 30 in total) to be screeched at on the phone with another “it’s Christmas Eve”, women then said to a colleague “they’re just going on” before putting the phone down. This lady should not be in a customer service role. The driver however who delivered the food was extremely polite but I can imagine he will at some point receive a torrent of comments from unhappy customers at this til worker’s expense. Not impressed. The food however was great.

   Food was good, but when I rang the woman was very rude, then after another 45 mins waiting she was even ruder , and even put the phone down on me when I said there was no need to be rude. If you don’t like your job working with customers then get one that suits you love.

   I ordered a pizza and a burger from here for collection, and they were absolutely amazing. The quality, taste, and service were all excellent. This takeaway truly deserves its good reputation. Highly recommended.

   The food is usually really good, chips can be hit and miss but most of the time, they are perfect. We usually make a telephone order once a week for multiple items and the guy ALWAYS gets an item incorrect. Missing donner meat, missing cheese on chips, quarter pound instead of half pound - the list goes on. It matters not though because the main guy doing the cooking and stuff always smiles, just wish he'd read what he has written for our order.

   *Update- Having ordered from this establishment in the past,-bonenless box , I found my dish to be very disappointing while my partner's meal was ok. Nevertheless, we decided to place another order (7 months on) I must express my admiration for the delivery service; it was excellent, and the delivery person was very pleasant. The food arrived hot. I ordered the sweet chili chicken burger accompanied by salad and chips. My only suggestion would be to include a greater variety of salad, as it consisted solely of lettuce.great improvement, im not sure if this place has new management?

   Don't like writing bad reviews but this wasn't nice at all! I can walk to sizzlers in under 60 seconds but had delivery due to kids yet the chips were cold & rock solid like they half heated yesterday's. The pizzas were awful & none of us could eat much of it which ended up 2/3 full pizzas in the bin & the full chips!

   Apsalutly dreadful food, ordered two pizzas, both wich was undercooked, both smelt Like sweaty feet!! The shop was full of flies! Place wants shutting down instantly!!

   3 different prices for the same meal over the last 3 to 4 weeks. New menu through door this week. Placed order and charged 90p more than menu to be told he can't print a new menu every week. To add insult to injury today's burgers were inedible (taste) and are in the bin. Slippery slope. Customer for many years but never again.

   I have lived in Normanton since May and I have ordered from here every week and I must say they never disappoint I have tried many of the items in the menu and it is always gorgeous food. well cooked and always warm when delivered. When I go into the shop the staff are always really friendly and the chefs will cater to any requirements I have xx
