    Ordered food and 1 hour later still waiting to be told its Saturday, its busy and if I want it it will be another 20 minutes. Pathetic! If you can not deliver with in a resinable time that YOU even put on uber eats then don't offer a deliver service! And don't tell me I need to understand like it's my fault!

    This place has changed owners. I've ordered from here for years but it's gone downhill now. The prices have doubled and change every time you order. I've just given up after trying to put an order through as it makes premium branded pizza venues much cheaper in comparison. What a shame, no business sense at all.

    We have used this place many times and always been pleased with the food. We ordered again last weekend and half the order was missing. My husband called up to query the missing items and was repeatedly told that they were in the bag (2 whole chickens). Two members of staff basically accused my husband of being a liar and were very defensive and rude. Thankfully Just Eat issued a refund because the customer service from Station Grill was appalling. Won't be using again.

    Gave my missis food poisoning only realised the next day after eating it.....bog standard practice cooking chicken at a grill house.this isn't the first time it's happend either
