Sadly the prices have been increased recently, but the food is usually pretty good although we mainly order from the more English menu. Service could be better at times, as they should prioritise customers in the shop rather than telephone orders which can be annoying.
Workers that answer calls are friendly and patient, food always comes fairly quickly with lots of nice treats, food is good quality and surprisingly cheap, able to feed 3 people for around £30 including extras and spice chips, great service, highly recommend
Horrible place with uncooked food, they are busy all the time trying to take all the orders to make money and not quality. I told them 2 times paying for the chips to don’t add an ocean of salt, just to put it separate and they haven’t. So that will increase your blood pressure with a ton of salt. I spent 30 pounds today I chucked in the bin mostly all of it. The staff is very unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust to come here again.

Some good vegan dishes with tofu, and staff are friendly. However, there have been a few times where food was wrong or dishes weren't included such as free spring rolls. Had we known they weren't coming, we wouldn't have ordered the extra food to gain them.
