   Was in the area looking for halal takeaway food and spotted this place. Place is small and parking is on street but limited. Ok if you are passing but would not go out my way to stop and eat here.

   the guy talking to me was extremely rude when taking my order over the phone, told me my food would be here at around 8:30 but then changed that to 8:15 but the foods still not here at 8:40 when i called at 6:40 so i’ve waited exactly 2 hours now, going to be extremely annoyed if my food turns up soggy and stale as 2 hours is extortionate. will not be ordering from here or recommending it to anyone.

   probably one of the worst foods I have ever had..it was such a let down. the menu looked wonderful so ordered a bunch of stuff, but welcomed with disappointment. spicy chicken was just fried chicken with some kind of sweet hot sauce on top, hot wings were soggy trash, burger and giant burger was a mess, just some chicken pieces thrown together in bun. the only good think was the chips. The highest disappointment

   my burger was delivered pink if i ate it i would have been servilely poorly, i am highly unsatisfied, i phoned them and asked if i could have a refund or a replacement and he said they can’t do that. i’m highly unsatisfied and appalled at this.

   Food was okay, Luke warm at best. Driver forgot an entire meal but was resolved quickly upon calling the restaurant. Meal they sent out after was actually hot

   Ordered multiple times and have always been ok. Last few months they have gone down hill massively. Food arrives cold, orders wrong and no flavour to the food.

   Ordered online via just eat. Only half the order arrived. Phoned and told them and they sent the rest. Most went in the bin as not even decent quality. Green salad was some limp iceberg lettuce and cucumber. Come on guys get it right!!

   I will say they are amazing. I have not had such crispy and tasty burgers in my life. Whenever I am in Kidderminster, they are my first priority. I will say if you eat from their shop, you will be spoiled and will not like any other takeaways.
