Great for kids abysmal for Adults Booked 4 adults 1 child 1 infant, place was empty only 3 tables in use. They came to take a drinks order and when they arrived it was wrong Ordered food 4 adult meals one child’s meal. Asked how I would like the steak in my steak sandwich so asked for medium, they came back to tell me it could only be cooked pink or well done, so I opted for pink, when it came it was cremated and cold. 3 of the adult meals were delivered all together the 4th arrived 25 minutes after the others and we had to ask twice. Kids meal was the best of the lot a solid 9/10 the adult food 1/10 the steak sandwich was on a stale roll that looked as thought it had come straight from Tesco’s reduced shelf, and the loaded hotdogs looked as though someone had been sick on them and again were cold. Presentation 0/10 Staff were a mixed bag two lovely ladies who did their best to help and two males that couldn’t care less and had the customer service skills of the animated dinosaurs in the restaurant. If you’re an adult save yourself a whole world of pain and eat before you arrive, if you’re with kids the kids meals are great but adults just get a drink from the bar. If you like wasting money this was a good way to burn £100 needless to say we won’t be returning except in summer with our own picnic. The management really need to up their game as serving food as poor as this in a cost of living crisis is not acceptable the cost of this meal was an average days pay and it was an average days pay wasted

I didn’t want to write this review but I was asked to by two automated messages…… Booked for 6pm, booking said table to be vacated by 7:15pm, not a problem for us. We arrived with 5Y & 7Y old at 6:00, got seated at 6:20 due to last party not leaving on time. Order placed at 6:30, drinks showed up 10 mins later, had to ask at 7:15 if the food was going to arrive soon, found out the order had not gone through despite the staff walking passed us multiple times and them not noticing we’d no plates (full or empty) in front of us. Told meal would be FoC due to this, food was poor standard and staff seemed clueless as to what was going on or what to do next. Multiple tables around us full of confused / annoyed customers, one lady had waited 30 mins for a single ice cream for her child. Staff seemed to wander round and not clear plates, yet still take overs for desserts and deliver them to tables with empty plates stacked up on them. It’s clear the staff have not been trained properly, not clearing tables, no check backs, no idea that guests should have had food delivered to them when they’d been seated for well over an hour. One member of staff told us they had three out of four of the waiting staff just start this week and they were not setup on the till systems yet and were new to the place completely. I feel we might have experienced a first week of a new team but this is no excuse for a place of this size on the YWP complex at half term when the place is very busy, Evolution management need to sort this place out and make the quality of the food match the price, don’t think we’ll be back. We left at 8:30!

Absolute garbage. I came here a few years back and the food was decent, so I thought I’d mess around and come here for my birthday. Big mistake. I didn’t expect fine dining, but I at least expected the basics to be done right. Instead, it was a complete joke. • Steak? Bone dry, tough, and tasteless. • Food? Stone cold. • Onion rings? Stale and sad. Then there’s the “self-serve” setup. Nothing screams cheap and tacky like making customers get their own soft drinks while half the staff just loiter around. To make it worse, you even have to pour your own sauces into flimsy little paper cups—classless doesn’t even begin to cover it. The staff? Everywhere but nowhere. Plenty of them floating around doing nothing, while our server was so bland and forgettable I couldn’t even tell you his name—though I’ll never forget he looked like Sid from Toy Story. This place used to be alright, now it’s hit rock bottom. For a “birthday joke,” it delivered on the joke part—because the whole experience was laughably bad.

Food was okay, simple but fine. Kids enjoyed it. The atmosphere was great. My 1 year old loved it. My 3 year old found it very scary and wanted to leave (I think this was just her). Service was so so. They were a bit grumpy and did not embrace the theme. I would visit again if the kids wanted to.

Really nice restaurant, kids loved it dinosaurs and fully decorated for the full experience. The food on the other hand is below average, was okay, however if they had a short simple menu I think the food quality would be better and at least it would be fresh for example like panini, just my opinion.

Amazing really enjoyed the food was quick tasty and a good amount. But what really impressed us was how much my nephew loved it the attention to detail from atmosphere to forever changing scenery lights noises music and the lovely dancing pirate was fab for keeping him entertained. It was great. We weren't expecting it so we're pleasantly surprised and will happily come back. Staff were polite and helpful. And was clean and relaxed

Came here for my 30th birthday with the family, we didn’t have a booking but they squeezed us in without waiting. We were seated in the dragon section and the experience was amazing, and our server really made me feel like a birthday girl. She had the whole restaurant sing happy birthday and but a candle in my brownie for me to blow out and wrote happy birthday in chocolate sauce on my plate. It was really incredible and friendly. The food was delicious. Will definitely go again.

This restaurant is a really good place to eat if you have young children. I won't ruin the surprise but I will tell you that there are events that occur whilst you eat your meal around the decor of the restaurant that will keep the kids entertained. The staff were so friendly and the food was well cooked. The prices were a little bit "Theme Parky" but that's expected given the venue its situated at. All in all a good place to eat for the experience.
