   Been here a few times due to moving around the area, 3rd time I’ve got home and the chips are raw so I’ve had to cook them more, I am glad another review pointed this out. It seems to be when the old women is in charge and talking about her she is very sour faced and you can just tell you won’t get a thank you. This place is very run down, they’ve not even bothered for Christmas like other local businesses. Just sell up guys. I won’t be going back

   Wow!!! I travelled 5000km to try these Fish and Chips, I was not disappointed, I was absolutely delighted. I've been searching England for the type of F+C I remembered from growing up in Rothwell, here it was. Huge piece of delicious hot fish, chips (not French fries) not crispy like American fries but still tasting like potato's, very nice ladies making the food, overall, 12 / 10. Visit 2, still fantastic. Nice people too!!

   I phoned to place my order as I am disabled and required them to come to my car.When. I pulled up I rang them to them I would need change for £10. Which they came out and took before starting to prepare what I wanted which was no problem.i had fish chips once and they were lovely as was the service, will definitely go again and recommend to everyone especially elderly and disabled.

   Good F&C. The only thing preventing 5 stars is that I like my chips a bit more "done". The staff are friendly however and the fish is freshly cooked to order.

1. Three Fish Connoisseurs ★★★☆☆

   Where do we start... The fish was crispy on the top and slightly soggy on its underside. The chips were well done and salted to a good standard. The curry sauce was average, however the price were lower than some leaving this to be an average fish shop. Would we come again? Yes
