   Ordered here for delivery. 1st time, really good so we ordered again today for the second time... Shocking! Over 30 minutes late (after the 60 minute expected delivery time) so 90 minutes or more waiting. Called the resteraunt to be advised they were busy. Food eventually arrived, luke warm, watery and not at all pleasant. Best thing about it was the chips, which is saying something! Will NOT be ordering again! Rip off!

   Had one of the best if not the best curry I've ever had. The starter we had was delicious and very generous portions. There were 4 of us and we were all of the same opinion. The service was excellent. Can't recommend enough

   This place open recently to take over the previous shocking establishment. Even though their are mixed reviews we had a really good evening . the food was fresh service was great and we were very surprised to be honest, very very tasty food.. We spent £20 between us because we shared. I don't know to be honest how people can have all that food to themselves four courses. The only thing that rattles me is these new restaurants call himself Indian's when there are no Indians at all. It's lovely Bangladeshi cuisine and they should advertise that because it's better than Indian food sometimes. Just the way to look after this and all was good apart from the music going off every 2 minutes. We will be back. Thanks Alex varley for recommending

   Well second time eating here, first time brilliant second time not so good. Starter was poor it was tandoori'd it was supposed to be king prawn puree. Main course ok but nothing special the bright light of the meal was the parathas they were lovely. Service not brilliant - slooow and getting the bill was slower, which I found extremely rude. It will be a while before I try this place again.

   Service was great and the food super tasty and fast, the Special Mixed Kebab starter was especially good. It is Bring Your Own alcohol but we stayed on softdrinks which were reasonably priced.

   Fantastic tasty and filling food. Good still hot on arrival. Best Indian restaurant for miles after the disappointment of so many poor tasting restaurants in Castleford. Will be my go to place of Indian cuisine.

   The grand Bengal is amazing. Great people and amazing food. I have eaten in the restaurant 3 times and loved it everytime. I am not good with spicy foods so there is dishes for all. You can bring your own drinks. Its perfect portions. My husband loves spicy foods so it's great we can both enjoy our meals. It's a great price aswell. The staff are really welcoming. Its clean and great prices aswell. I always get a starter and main with sides. We have had a few takeaways from here aswell and it's great. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. They even do family dinning.
