   I visited this store and was a little hesitant because I wasn’t sure whether my dietary requirements could be met but Roneta went above and beyond. She spent a good amount of time asking me how she could accommodate my needs and truly made me feel so comfortable. Her service was so lovely she was an absolute pleasure to speak to and I’m genuinely so pleased there are people like her in the world who care enough to make people feel comfortable talking about dietary restrictions. I truly hope her passion and dedication to excellent customer service is recognised and rewarded.

   I'm a fan of Tortilla brand, regularly visiting their Trinity Kitchen store in Leeds. When I discovered they had an out-of-town branch, I was thrilled. However, my recent experience was far from satisfactory. The options for rice were extremely limited, clearly indicating they had been sitting there for quite some time. There were hardly any fresh peppers and onions, and the beans were swimming in murky water. The black beans were particularly unpleasant, and the pinto beans resembled watery mush. The beef was fatty, while the chicken tasted dry and unpalatable. Charging £1 for a minuscule portion of cheese sauce seemed excessive. The lettuce was unremarkable, lacking the vibrant flavors of guacamole, and we only received two measly slices of pickled red onion per item, which felt incredibly stingy. The service was slow, and considering the quality, the prices were unreasonably high. Overall, it was a disappointing and overpriced dining experience.

   Overall, the experience was amazing and the staff sakina are very helpful and kind. She offered me a sample taste of the food which was considerate and accommodating. I did not have any problems and this review from Mr khan must have been false accusation as the staff had outstanding service.

   Food was very good quality, price was reasonable for a services and the definitely filling ! Nachos were fine, but the tortilla wrap was delicious. We wouldn't have normally chosen Tortilla wraps but the staff member made a joke as we passed coming into the services as she was off on her break. Gave it a try, didn't disappoint. Definitely shows what a positive staff attitude and friendly presence makes a change towards potential customers. To the Tortilla Leeds MSA staff management, please give your ladies on shift a well done and thank you for Tuesday 1st August ! Definitely recommend and will use again.

   We were served today by Sakina, who was extremely friendly and helpful, willing to answer all of our questions about spices as we had 2 people with us who were autistic and very sensory so find it difficult to eat spicy food, and Sakina was very patient and had excellent customer service skills, never rushing us or getting angry with our many questions. We will 100% be back to done again when we next pass this services. The food was absolutely delicious and we were impressed with the overall experience.
