   I have visited York Rd, Seacroft branch and had delivered a number of times. I always find deliveries luke warm to warm, never hot. Thurs 25/09 20:01, online order for two Whoppers to be delivered 3.6 miles to Barwick in Elmet, and eventually devivered 22:10, that 2hrs and 9mins for it to arrive. I was ready to cancel, but kept thinking the delivery must be on its way. The Whoppers were barely warm, so I made sure they were heated in a microwave. I ate 1.5 of them, but wasn't enjoying them one bit. If i'd have contracted an upset stomach i would have not have been happy and someone would have been in for an earful. Come on BK, that is simply poor service. The branch manager should be ashamed at such shoddy service, at at least offered the order gratis as an apology. £18 what for????

   I have always found this BK amazing , clean , welcoming and cheerful. The most incredible highlight of my visit and eat in are the fantabulous staff. Today I was served by TAYLOR who was remarkable. Super courteous and warm and friendly and efficient. Staff like him are what makes BK a profound experience.

   Outstanding service today at Burger King! Manuel truly went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for customers made the visit feel more like a restaurant experience than a fast-food stop. It’s rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work — Manuel definitely deserves recognition. Keep up the amazing work!

   Went in to purchase food and use the toilet 30 minutes before close time that was displayed on google, barely even made it to the door before rudely being told by staff it was closed, will not be coming here again, very poor service considering i would’ve been a new customer.

   Amazing experience! The decor is a blast from the past, the heaters kept us warm but the staff were the highlight. Louise was such a darling - she took our order and was so polite.

   This place needs a serious upgrade. It's freezing cold in there and the atmosphere is miserable. The staff are friendly but look like they'd rathe rbe anywhere but there. Nothing has changed in over 20 odd years. Wouldn't eat in I'd rather eat in the street.

   Do not go here, the burgers are disgusting, the food is stail because no one goes there anymore because of how bad the food is, I used to go this burger king when I was a child 30 years ago and its still looks the same inside now, it's absolutely disgusting inside.. who actually owns this franchise.. needs closing down. ASAP

   Food was OK, a bit cold, the place was pretty much empty and in no way busy. I don't think they understand what "fast" in fast food means, 2 whopper meals took 17 minutes to serve
