The best Chinese I've ever had. We've tried a few different ones around the area and we always go back to golden delight. We order from here for few years now and the food is always amazing. Prawn toasts are out of this world, highly recommend.
Fast service and very nice chicken chow mien with plenty of chicken
For a friend, I ordered the Vegetarian Munchbox and I hear the salt and pepper mushrooms, green pepper, and chips were sensational. Also for a friend, ordered the Sweet and Sour Special, and was delighted to hear that not only were there full, juicy pieces of battered chicken, but there was an equal ratio of succulent king prawn (very special, indeed!) Love to support a restaurant owner who stands on business.

Don’t touch with a barge pole! We know it’s busy on Xmas eve but asked them to genuinely tell us a delivery time . They said 1 hr and we ordered . 1 hrs 20 mins later they said it was just being finished . 2 hrs later it was on it’s way and promised to be hot and fresh … 2 hrs 10 later … 1/2 crispy aromatic duck arrived soagy with more fat than meat and not enough meat to even properly fill 4 pancakes . Cold prawn toast . A chowmein that looked like someone else had chowed it first …. Absolutely worst takeaway meal we’ve ever had from anywhere!
Ordered a meal for the family costing £52.66. The food took an hour and 10 minutes to get here. We got a message 20 minutes prior to this to say food was on its way. The food arrived very cold, contained raw carrot in with the salt and pepper chicken (which looked like chicken chargrills). The satay sauce needed to be mixed to remove lumps due to being cold. We never received all our order either. Tried to call the shop but they closed at 10.30pm so unable to rectify. Worst Chinese we’ve ever ordered. Never again.
I live in the other end of the world. In fact, never been to Leeds but Alice deserves these 5 stars for being a badass restaurant owner who tells it like it is. Keep up the good work and great attitude! :)
Excellent food. I will be reporting all you nasty people who come on here and write a negative review simply because you read an article and do not agree with how they respond to reviews. That goes against Google's review standards and I will continue to report and fight fake reviews on their behalf as a fellow business owner. You should be equally ashamed of yourself for bashing a food establishment in which did not wrong you in any way, one in which you have not even had a bad experience either.
Food not good chips full of fat ! Chicken and sweet corn soup —-more like water n sweet corn soup ... don’t think I will go there again. Save your money go somewhere much better
