   Ordered via the app and unfortunately had a highly unsatisfactory experience. The delivery took over an hour due to issues assigning a driver. By the time the food arrived, it was stone cold and inedible – it appears the meal was prepared early and left sitting while waiting for dispatch. Even the ice in my drink had completely melted.When I called to raise my concerns, the response was dismissive, with only a brief apology offered and no further action taken.Overall, this fell far short of expectations, and I would not recommend ordering from here for delivery. I hope the team can address these timing and customer service issues moving forward."

   I have had a few bad experiences here now - enough to write a review.When the cleaners bucket was left in the open and upon removing my charger the cable went directly into a bucket that I didn't know was there. The staff argued that it was my fault. Why? Becayse I didn't have my crystal ball on me? Didn't even say sorry nor move the bucket. Every single time I enter this particular branch there is always something wrong. For instance, I went yesterday to meet a man over lunch to buy a bicycle. The big sign outside says 'FREE WIFI'. So upon arriving at the restaurant and receiving my meal I then found out the WiFi was turned off. I asked staff why, and they said 'anti social behaviours LAST NIGHT'. Apparently they didn't know how to turn it back on. How backwards!!? So because of anti social behaviour on a different date, I was provided with a service not as advertised. The staff there don't care either.this branch needs a redo, because it's letting McDonald's down big time. Compared to local McDonald's, especially the one in Sheffield which deal with actual antisocial behaviour non stop, which is run by great peiple who actually care This McDonald's is shit. Proper shit. I hope the manager and franchisee read these reviews.

   Couldn't park in the disabled bay as a van owned by the window cleaning company Cashmore Window Cleaning was parked in the bay. Not disabled which ment I had to walk a distance to the door because of inconsiderate people

   ⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5 stars, but only because salt is technically a seasoning) Visited McDonald’s today and let’s just say the food and service were having a competition to see who could be more aggressively average. Spoiler: it was a tie. Ordered a couple of Happy Meals for my kids, and they both got the same toy - a majestic Playmobil Peacock. Tried asking if we could swap for something else, but apparently the toys live in Narnia “in the back” and only emerge one species at a time. The employee basically said, “Yes, we have other toys, but no, you can’t have them. You get what you get, and you don’t get upset.” Inspirational stuff. Meanwhile, I’m £30 lighter, left staring at fries that look like they lost the will to live halfway through the fryer. (Shoutout to the one burnt fry survivor it deserves hazard pay.) Overall: McDonald’s, the place where “Happy Meal” is a legal term, not a guarantee.

   Great place conveniently located near the motorway. We stopped to refuel at a nearby petrol station with good prices. The McDonald’s was clean, the staff were friendly, and we had a tasty breakfast. The surrounding area is beautiful and very well kept. Highly recommended for a quick and pleasant stop!

   Same as most McD but my burger was cold, not cool or just warm it was cold. Took it back and explained they made a fresh one. Although that meant the rest of the party had finished before the replacement was made. So I had to eat on my own.

   Not been in a Maccy D for 20 years at least. Workmates chose this for lunch. Was horrified. Needless to say a warm welcome, affordable and really decent food. Wonderful table service and just such a chill vibe. Real lettuce. Real onions. Fresh. Hot. Just got to say things have changed since the bad old days and the staff at this restaurant deserve the highest of high fives. Thanks people!

   I found the stuff a bit rude. I asked if I could have the ice cream and frappe after we finish our lunch because it was hot and they say they can't do this. They used to offer this before and especially with a kid and pregnant woman they could make an exception. When we were served my frappe barely had any cream on it.
